I care about the horses, not the money. Gambling is what is ruining the sport and I do not participate because I want to be able to appreciate the beauty of these athletes and the joy it gives me to watch them run, not because of a quick buck.
He's BACK! Was SO great seeing him back on the track and the way he's been working out.......I KNEW he'd let loose in his first race and win it. He's got his sassy full of himself ego back........YAHOOOO! It's going to be a REAL fun year following Chrome. NOW......off to Dubai! ONE or TWO prep races then he and Hoppertunity will try for that Dubai World Cup. CC has always beaten Hopper so no problem.
+Tom Hickey I'm rooting for Chrome BUT I'll tell you, I am SO proud of our American horses. They really show their stuff over there. I think all of them are very competitive and that makes them a worry in any race. LOL I thought Chrome ran a fantastic race last time in Dubai. AND look at Lea......he took third. This will be a fun year for sure.

I think he does have a big year ahead of him and I hope he makes amends in Dubai this time around; I'm sure he will :) And everytime he has success, I'll always be reminded of the awesome beast that was Shared Belief, cause whenever Chrome shines, "The little rocket" shines with him :) and I'm sure his connections only want the best for Chrome as well, as it can only strengthen the legacy of their beloved superstar and make him an even bigger legend than he already is :)

Watch Victor Espinoza and how he demonstrates the absolute perfect way in which to use a whip in horse racing. Not to speed the horse up.....But to keep him focused and aware that his task is not done yet. He slaps CC's ass twice during the entire race, allowing the horse to react and respond to the command before giving him another one.....just to keep him focused and to prevent him from easing up too soon. All jockeys should take notes.
TVG, please don't start putting the winner in the title. I count on being able to come to your RUclips channel when I can't see a race live and not have the title spoil it for me... saying "with California Chrome" or the like is fine but please don't announce who the winner is in it. Thank you!
Great win champ we missed u good that there giving him another run in The Maktoum challenge get him use to the track as it was only layed down last year a month or so wen chrome got there it's had a lot of racing on it so it's not that deep now after that the Dubai World Cup is his .

Dortmund would of put five lengths on this field. All those doubting last year's 3yr old crop are in for a surprise. Look for Dortmund, Keen Ice, and Frosted to make a big splash this year.
