Aw, snakes are cool as long as I don't have to watch them eat 😖 My turn is coming very soon!! There's very little cell service at my Paisley place. I CAN NOT WAIT! 🤞April🤞 of course, depending on your schedule.
Considering how dry it is here in Florida this time of the year I am surprised you found such a soupy roadside. Makes you wonder how anyone can mow that? By the way I like your style or working and look. That cannot be too far upstate with all of those saw palmettoes? I hate cottonmouth snakes as well.
Yea they run a different style tool that has a carbide tip. They also don’t run the DCR heads like we do in the south. The northern setup requires a lot more horsepower so they tend to have the big boy mulchers
Wonder if it’d be worth having a pvc pipe with a spiked rod and a flag on it to put on the property corners? Assuming you can get to them. It may help visually when mulching down the property line.
Unfortunately there isn’t a cost effective way to harvest the resources and process them for consumption AND develop the land at the same time. Thankfully after we are done with consistent maintenance a couple times a year the land can be used to produce items for sale but that is always done after we are gone.
Yeah I know what you mean jobs have to be done like yesterday . Been reading about the Florida crackers the men and families who forstbworked the land ..well second after the indians
Awesome job out there, in central Cali we have a wet season that will sink your tractor and a dry season where the smallest spark starts potentially devastating brushfire. Is there any season you have to work around? Have you ever had to deal with potential fire hazards in FL? God bless brother and great attention to detail!
Na we don’t really slow down due to season/weather. We speed up in hurricane season but nothing really stops us thankfully. I would love to do more fire work but that’s all pretty well handled by the forest service. Wet spots in Florida are protected most of the time and never get dry. I swear most of Florida is under 100 feet above sea level 😂
@@TheTreeShop thanks for the reply! I'm looking at property in the great state of Florida and wondered how to go about clearing 5-8 acres and you're a boss at it! If I make the move I will certainly contact the tree shop 🤙💪 I'm at 1000 ft and I've got from late march to mid may to mow, then everything turns yellow and I gotta wait til october then haul ass before the rain comes usually around turkey day. Too hot in the summer and too cold for me I'm thinking north or east of Tampa 🙏
North of Tampa is amazing. We have a couple videos coming up doing a project over there. I love it because the trees start to get bigger and more old growth stuff. If you have a property in mind you can send it to us and we can let ya know if it’s a good piece of land.
@@TheTreeShop thank you kindly I'm still scouting but the parcel that led me in your direction was 5304 Stafford Rd, Plant City and If I can land that toad I'm gonna need some back up lol 💪
1.3 acres is all you could develop/build/clear/use. Without spending tens of thousands of dollars on permits and mitigation in order to improve wetlands
does this model FAE mulcher you have run better than the cat hm215 on your 259? what is the model exactly? BL1? it looks big for that skid steer do you have any issues with HP or anything?
Join the Facebook group. I discuss equipment in there. But the comparison in your comment is not even fair to the 215 😂 the FAE I run would eat the 215 and keep going.
You might consider getting a stingray cell tower on your truck for rural jibs. Then you'll have a much better chance of having service. I don't know how much power you're legally allowed to broadcast, but it's probably enough to get to the nearest tower from quite a distance.
You can get seat time with any site development company. Training with a mulcher could be done by working for a ROW company and then work your way up to equipment operator…. Or just buy a machine and learn as you go
When im wrong i can admit it u will root rake god bless you i just see all these guys come in and knock stuff down some and say it is clearing pisses me off but did subscribe forgive me brother
Start running equipment. Start as a hand or just running end dumps or something. Then work your way up. If someone is going to hand over a $300,000-$500,000 setup that can do a lot of damage quick, they are going to be particular. Idk where you live but Lanracorp will hire with no experience
@TheTreeShop yeah I completely understand that aspect. I know if I were the one with the equipment and the liability for persons and property I would be hesitant as well. But I'm from north central FL, just north of gainesville.
😂😂😂 and the hits keep coming. Clearly you know nothing about trucks, muck, ditches, or equipment in general. You wouldn’t hire me to shine shoes… I wouldn’t hire you to write an intelligent comment. Move along buddy.
I feel like you keep commenting this exact same comment but never do any thing. Text me at 386-843-5266 and Lacey will get you the information you need. If you text in English it will be much faster communication.
Why would you beat the piss out of your equipment when it's clewrly too wet to be doing that? Let it dry out for a week and come back. Not really worth beating on all your stuff.
😂😂😂 you’re the dumbass on the internet who starts fights with people and gets knocked out with the first punch😂😂 You don’t have to enjoy respecting me, but it is required. An apology would be appropriate now from you.
It's good to see real, forestry, mulching, knock, knocking down, tall grass and calling it forestry mulching, nice work, nice video!
Thanks. Appreciate it. The job I just lost the first go pro of the year at 🤦♂️ the palmettos are over 20 feet high in some areas. It’s a tough one.
Great Video. Can't believe how well the 259d3 runs that big mulcher head.
Honestly, credit is due to FAE. Idk why but this head is super efficient. Can’t wait to put some real power behind it
Worked your area going north and west of you all my life new subscriber
The tripod or maybe a roof view is the best for me.I can watch this all night.
I got stuck turning around in a pasture Saturday..Had to do the same thing.
Great video really enjoy the drone shots.
I love your videos, they are very nice
You are so kind
Awesome video. I've never seen anything like this before. So when you put your camera up front I felt like I was a part of your video.
In love in north Florida I need someone to clear some of my acres

Yea this is just north of Daytona Beach
@@TheTreeShop how do you promote your business if you don’t mind me asking

Nice job. Here in Connecticut, you would have to deal with so many rocks.

Seams like that's the second ditch I've seen you stuck in.
Self recovery doesn’t count as stuck😂😂🤙🏻

Yea normally there is wood stakes with organize ribbon marking corners. This lot just didn’t get all the love 😂
congratulations great job!!!, what type of mulcher is better? A disc or a drum mulcher, excellent video!!
My personal preference is drum based on my work type.
All them palms all that good food swamp canbage or palmetto hearts inthe UK we pay 5 bucks a tin for that best of luck from across the po d

The mulch gives the tracks something to sit on and grip
Great stuff do you need a general contractor license for this type of business
How long does it take and what is the price to clear 5 acres in Florida?❤
What tires are you running on that 450 I want something different on my f450 but don’t wanna change wheels
Where I am right now is snowing 🌨️ so far it’s about 4 inches 😂
Love the snow
Turns the wheel before driving forward...
Is this in Canada?

My county requires 15 native trees per acre to remain per vegitation removal permit.

There's also Sky Link for about $125/month.
Yea I’m going to be installing Weboost antennas on the trucks this winter along with GMRS radios
getter done

Seems waaaaay underpowered?

I would probably not be a sheep
GOOD AFTERNOON,I DON’T KNOW IF YOU HEARD OF THIS APP OR NOT "ONX OFF-ROAD" THAT IT MIGHT HELP YOU OUT
