I wanted to make sure our puppy would have everything he needed prior to bringing him home. I hope my puppy haul helps you find some fun and essential items for your puppy!

Finally someone talking about getting their puppy from a reputable breeder. Like, so many people feel the need to explain why they got a purebred dog. Like if that's the first for you, it's the fit for you, love. As long as the puppy is happy and healthy, and you're happy with the puppy, nobody should tell you what to do with your money and time if you're getting a puppy from a reputable breeder.
If you wanna try for like, cheaper treats because I know that the natural treats can get a bit expensive. You can buy chicken breasts, boil them plain, and they chicken put into a container should last a week. If you have a dehydrater, they'll last even longer for the puppy.
Honestly, this puppy haul video is probably my favorite because you don't have an attitude of like, "I'm the greatest puppy owner ever". You're honest not having a dog for awhile, and that you did a lot of research to figure out what the dog would need is amazing. You're gonna be a great dog parent. :)
The reputable breeder thing is def a sore spot with some people. I agree that as long as the dog is healthy and you’re happy with your purchase, you’re good lol. I had my reasons for going with a reputable breeder which I’ll explain in another video (for educational purposes) but people can definitely do what they want with their money lol. I’m in full agreement lol.
I can def see how the natural treats can add up! I’m going to try the boiled chicken. I might need to invest in a dehydrator lol
Thank you! I wanted to make sure I did everything I could to make him comfortable. I always strive to be honest with people and now that he’s here I’ll likely make a part 2 describing what I ended up not using lol
@@candicejaxn I plan to make my own treats and dog food. They love fruit and plain yogurt. You can freeze them in those little ice trays they are shaped like bones, etc., banana and peanut butter. All kinds of stuff that are dog friendly foods. Yes, chicken will be one of my treats as well.
You need those wipes also for the French bulldogs folds

Hi great video, i got so many of those exact things you picked. Actually the litterbox is great, and i used the same litter which is made from recycled paper but i found the peepads are better i the litterbox, there is less mess and even a little tht sticks to dog poo can clog the toilet , the peepads are cheaper too if you get a good sale. My mini dachshund learned right away to use the litterbox and i continued, its much cleaner. you just clean it when they go and they dont have to step in god knows what outside in public places or ruin your lawn in your yard, plus you are not locked in to walking them late at night or in bad weather when they dont want to go anyway. Im the same way with wiping them after they go, its just much cleaner for the dog and keeps them fresh. Look forward to seeing your new pup, mine is coming in June❤️👍🏻
I’m def going to try putting the pee pads in the litterbox because he seems to think it’s some sort of playground lol. He goes in there to do his business but then sometimes drags toys in there and pretends he’s a bull getting ready for a chase 🤣
@@candicejaxn omg so cute though, yea the litterbox really works great, my dog would stop what she was doing and run to the room with the litterbox, and even if you are out for a little while or on vacation we would just bring it, it always amazed me how people dont care what their dogs are stepping in outside and germs they could be catching. Hope we can see your new pup soon!
Yes, he uses it 90% of the time but he has had a few pee accidents. But somehow the poop always makes it to the litterbox 🤔 lol. I’ll be posting a video of him soon though!
I share in your sentiments..my dog is getting her butt and feet wiped down every day and more than once too. I have so many bags of wipes, it’s getting ridiculous 🤦🏽♀️
You’re gonna need em! We run through wipes quickly! Lol
Just wondering if you’re still using the same food. So many Frenchies are allergic to chicken, I’m always surprised to hear when breeders are using it for puppies. Has your pup had any skin or ear problems related to allergies?
Hey, he’s had no allergic reactions to the food. He’s even had a few small pieces of real chicken and did just fine. I did switch to Purina Pro Plan upon the veterinarians recommendation, however, I’m thinking of switching to Farmers Dog. But for now, he’s still eating kibble.
@@candicejaxn awesome! Thanks. I feel like my boy had allergies. His eyes are red a lot and watery. Not sure what it is. We’ve been trying different foods, and he does best on lamb. But I think I just need to have him tested.
