I'm only 10 minutes into it and am already impressed. This is a good show! Sort of what you'd imagine Earth might be like in the not too distant future if we don't all kill ourselves first.
RIP Mira. "All life is transitory, a dream, We all come together in the same place, at the end of time, If I don't see you again here, I will see you, in a little while, in a place where no shadows fall."
You're right: I'm not. Maybe it works for a different crew, but almost all of it so far needs reshooting, and I'm not going to waste my time seeing there's more of that.
Bill Mumy from lost in space the 60s 70s hour long show that as a kid i lived for. Thanks for all the entertainment you brought to our home in those precious years, you inspired me to be more than i believed was even possible. I never went out into the stars and met strange new life and interacted with it never had a robot , but because of you i went on in school and became a doctor. thank you.
13 subscribers and no content. Interesting. A random chance to ask a real doctor... Have you been vaccinated? Boostered? Are you aware of the negative affects and the highly respected professional medical experts and many other knowledgeable people who are bringing that evidence forward? I'm just curious if you have looked at the down side or buy into it all. I'm not judging. Depending on your answer, I will send you a link to look over, a gathering of experts and others led by a senator. Give you access to info you don't have time to look into. I may send it anyway.
Wow, the story is amazing with one left turn after another. Well written, well acted, great special effects, what's not to love? Kuddos to Bill Mumy, he just gets better and better. Thank you so much for posting this, I'm subscribing now.

Amazing stories considering the budget they have to work with. You can see the passion and commitment from the writers, production crew and actors. Looking forward to the rest!
Woah, this is impressive. I didnt realize there was this series before. I hope they manage to finish it without major budget cuts. If I wasn't a student at university, I'd drop 100$ into the project.
With with a higher budget and thus higher production values, this could be good. But like, for example, the opening scene where the ship was crashing, I didn't feel a connection between the shots on the crew cabin, and what was happening outside. Doesn't help that yet again, like Trek, no seatbelts...a crash like that the crew would be bouncing off the ceiling. But add some seatbelts and smoke and explosion effects, and a more realistic spaceship interior...it would be a good opening. One that says "Damn, I wanna watch more of this crazy ass guy!"
Holy what in the actual fuck. I'm sub'd to Mr. Sci Fi - with the bell rung. I'm subbed to you, (I just looked over to double check) with the bell rung. This is, literally, the first time that this site gave me the chance to upvote this video. (AFAIK, and it's SORT-OF the thing that I care about) and, of course, west Nile virus since then... damnit. Feels like Axanar, all over again.
Man, you need more than an 80's budget. At the start, when I saw some of the special effects I didn't think I would make it very far but I suddenly found myself at the end of this first episode and wanting to know the rest of the story... I hope this becomes something and isn't just one more "cult" sci-fi show.
Wow - hell of a cast -- Mira Furlan - Ambassador Delenn from Bab 5 Doug Jones - "the Amphibian Man" from "shape of water", Robert Picardo - the Doctor from Voyager, Bill Mumy - Will Robinson from lost in space, Bruce Boxleitner - John Sheridan from Bab 5 Michael Harney - Sam Healy from Orange is the new black
Mira Furlan (may she rest in peace) also played Danielle Rousseau in "Lost" Doug Jones also starred as Abe Sapien in both "Hellboy" movies and as Captain Saru in "Star Trek: Discovery" Robert Picardo (among many other genre and non-genre roles) also was Dr. Dick Richards in "China Beach", Coach Cutlip on "The Wonder Years" and Richard Woolsey in multiple series of the "Stargate" franchise. Bruce Boxleitner also starred in "How the West Was Won", "Scarecrow & Mrs. King", and the titular character in "Tron" and "Tron: Legacy" Oh and Bill Mumy also played Dr. Zachary Smith in 2 episodes of the "Lost In Space" remake series.
Watched four minutes of it and said... mmmm well maybe... but then I saw the cast and I was shocked at how many established scifi actors were in this so... I'm settling in... we'll see.

I love this show, What I'm not sure of is why you have 3 videos of this same episode. Still it's high quality entertainment and free so thank you very much.
This was a fairly well-done and ambitious 'smaller budget' first episode. You caught yourself a new subscriber and hopefully future kickstarter backer, if it's still active. Looking forward to seeing more hopefully.
I remember watching a commercial in one of the later seasons, reminding aliens to register at their local post office. It was how foreigners were tracked in the US, back then, but at that age I didn’t know that, and thought it was a weird faked ad like something SNL would make years later.

Very, very enjoyable. I've actually watched that twice now. I need to sort out watching the other parts that are out. The only gripe I have, is the car scene at the start. Everytime I watch it, I just see a film set. It's too obvious to me, that they are not driving outside.

Great
Robert Picardo - the EMH on VOY! Love that character. Good to see him here but playing a very different sort of person.
RIP Mira. x
Very retro "Buck Rogers" with the spaceships.
Mira Furlan? Love that woman since Babylon 5.

Mira Furlan, Bill Mumy, Robert Picardo, Bruce Boxleitner, Nichelle Nichols. B5 and StarTrek play a big roll, heavy hitters,

Love the classic SF authors names being used. A cool way of honoring them.

I enjoyed this, overall. Some of the music seemed strikingly similar to Star Wars and BSG.
