You lost because they had one deadweight on the team while u had 3 bad players. Your other dps wasn’t doing much and your support was literal trash. I’m in masters and I can both out dmg and out heal both of them combined. If you look at enemy stats you would see that they’re kiriko is not a healvot and kills people unlike yours
Overwatch community needs to be better. Some people have bad games and it doesn’t mean they suck. Also a mercy bot complaining will always make me cringe.
