@@Evan-gb6lf I think it was a mistake by the editor who titled the video. Unbroken is one of the best war movies 1st. Saving private Ryan 2. War Horse 3. Hacksaw Ridge 4. Unbroken 5. Fury. These are my top 5 war films .

In any war, people do what they can to survive, such is life itself...only during a war, it's do or d...e. 😢 there are many negative comments here, and many positive, but regardless, lives were taken 😢 no one, came home the same as they left, if they were lucky enough to come home that is. All based on greed. 😢😢😢

you would not exit an aircraft with a standard infantry helmet also any automatic weapon would have been a sten gun with magazine horizontal.from side of gun not vertical . plus no denison smock all in all rubbish film

I'm sorry, did the arts director and authentic director go blind during the filming of this? Modern knife found in the first scene, German uniforms from Eastern Europe, Russian bag being carried by poorly dressed German and is the Yank wearing 1970's jungle fatigues and a Russian helmet? And why oh why, is the Brit wearing high leg boots instead of hobnail boots and gaiters??? There are plenty of good supplier's out there to obtain appropriate uniforms.. Nice try, but for crying out loud, with a historical set film, a little more knowledge and bothering to buy correct items, makes all the difference. With the appropriate changes, this film would have been far better. Have to say the acting was good.
Fixed undercarriage fighters attacking bombers that cannot carry troops, pointing a sten for active protection with it on safe which requires moving the charging handle before it will fire. This is bullshit from beginning to end
