I got to shoot a half court shot at a Cavs versus Jazz game in Ohio in 1985. The prize was a 1985 Chrysler LeBaron if I made it and if I didn't, I got 30 free medium pizza coupons from Little Caesars. All I'll say is my family and friends ate a lot of pizza that next couple months.
Pizza pizza 🗿
I'm glad you ate a lot of pizza,( we all like pizza) but not sure why you felt the need to mention that, but I think we are all wondering if you won the car?
@@kodiak138 I hope this was poorly executed sarcasm and not….. nevermind
@@kodiak138 even though I was a pretty good high school basketball player at the time. I air balled it badly and actually got booed walking back to my seat. Lol
I swear that I thought the guy at 5:25 yelled out "SUUCK IIT!"
React to Colts vs Texans! Best game from week 1
I'm so skeptical of stuff like this too. Like on gameshows and stuff when they give away a car. The contestant still has to pay sales and income tax on the car (receiving it is considered income, because it's too large to be considered a gift.). You don't even get the actual car, they just arrange for you to pick up the same type of car or a car of similar value from a dealership near you.
A lot of people get it, and then sell it right away to keep the cash and/or buy something cheaper and pocket the difference.
I think sometimes there's a cashout option as well that's worth a fraction of the vehicle. But if you can't afford the taxes on it, or the monthly insurance, it's a viable option.
2 roundtrip tickets to anywhere southwest airlines flies. Jesus, that's like $300 lol
They do have to pay taxes on any winnings, just like game shows.
yes, its income, any income is taxed even if you win at a casino.
niles crane won a truck .
Absolutely the last thing that I would ever associate with Niles or Frasier is a truck.
