Wrap Dress Tutorial | Easy Step By Step Tutorial | English Subtitles | Stitch By Stitch

This video is all about how to make a wrap dress without a pattern.
Wrap dresses are so versatile that you can wear them as a shrug, kurti, gown, maxi dress or even as a night dress. You can use a saree or fabric whatever you prefer for making wrap dresses.
Cutting and stitching of wrap around dress or maxi dress or gown is very well explained in this video step by step with English subtitles.
For this I have taken 2.5 mt fabric whose width is 44".
This wrap dress tutorial is made without any pattern so you have to cut front and back separately.
Upper bodice is made with the basic body measurement and is very easy to cut and stitch. The bottom part is pleated.
Tricks to make same and equal pleats is also very well explained with each and every small detail in hindi and also with English Subtitles.
A strip of bukram or fusing is used for making belt and contrasting colour piping is used for embellishment, which has given this simple gown an elegant and classy look.
You can also use left out fabric for making piping and belt.
