After listening your talks on anxiety depression and coping mechanism it's helpful , I am a bipolar illness person , after my mother's death I had panic attacks , after listening I worked hard to cope so I keep working and go cycling about 20 km everyday and sit near the beach and keep looking at people it relax my mind .

Talk to someone--do not keep it within yourself. Your breath is directly related to your mind [brain] causing anxiety-stress. For a relaxed life without anxiety-stress sit on a chair, back erect, hands on lap with palms upwards, eyes closed, be still and observe your natural incoming--outgoing breath and body sensations for around 10-15 minutes. Be as still as possible. Avoid moving too much. Many thoughts will come which is ok--slowly negative thoughts will reduce and your mind will relax. Observe your breath athroughout the day even with eyes open. Do the above meditation daily to feel relaxed. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

Excellent advice here, thank you. Except one thing - please, please don’t tell people to get off their Antidepressants in just one or two months!!! I tried this, under my doctor’s advice, and went through absolute hell. Doctor told me my anxiety was back, but it was withdrawal and a hundred times worse than my initial symptoms. I had to reinstate, then I took two and a half years to get off of just 20mg of Citalopram. This is not unusual.
mam pls give some guidelines to overcome fear and anxiety of heart attack!!! That becum my problem after delivery and still trying to escape from this problem!having a 2 year daugher!!!
Currently i m suffering from anxiety for other issue like i m going mad going to be in depression... And whenever these thoughts come in my mind i can not study for single minute... I m very good at study i can study 10 12 h a day bt right know i con not please help...

Anxiety is an emotion. And emotion have to be handel properly. Be busy, be prepared for the worst, think about the solution! Thinking have to be clear, really define. Stop thinking,breathing. Breathe and mind go together. Conscious choice by thinking. Think good oder stop thinking😊👍. What will I do if that happens? Work on the solution. Do your job right now, whatever happens, happens for my good👍
Mam by childhood, whenever I want to learn some creative works like art/sing/cycling my parents always told me that I couldn't handle those things with study and failed in examinations. Now my mind also accept this qoutes. Now whenever people tell me do some other works with my competitive exam preparation, My mind always tell me that no I can't do that work along with my main exam preparation. If I do something, which also ended in smoke.
