I tried making this yesterday and it turned out to be very tasty . Although I didn't have cabbage and corns. Even carrot was less. So I added two small smashed potatoes. Thankyou for the amazing recipe 😍👍

However I have a few points to mention about this recipe.
1. Mayonnaise + cheddar is a sure no go. Mayo doesn’t add to the taste and is completely overpowered by others. Skip mayo.
2. No need to cook the veggies. Carrot, corn, capsicum everything tastes good as raw. Cabbage could be skipped for more colored peppers. A little more cheese could be mixed along with raw ingredients. When heated, cheese melts and binds everything together. Again paneer + cheese is a no go. Basically doesn’t add anything to the taste.
3. Two sauces could be served together with the dish rather than mixing together with the veggies.

I had been making these sandwiches for last 6years, I call them Paratha Sandwich, and I use leftover Sabzi to fill in leftover chapati. Will try this way as well.
