  • Basically, it is one of the most expensive as well as delicious dishes as it takes the whole lamb. Firstly the lamb's stomach is filled with rice and dry fruit and then stitched. After dipping it into spices, it is placed in a dug land where a plate of steel is placed over it. Further, allot of coal is added over the plate for around 4 hours. Basically, the land is used as the cooker for the lamb. In short, you must try it as there is no taste that could match the taste of kadi kabab.
