Well he managed to push Madara so that he had to dodge his attacks. Madara blitzed everyone else but that guy. Not only that Madara deemed it necessary that he had to dodge that jonning's attack where he would let himself get hit by the 5 kage to make fun of them for how weak they are. This random jonning is easily kage level and most likely on the same level as asuma. Asuma was able to take on hidan and they were pretty much even. Hidan scales to yugito at the very least who is easily mountain level. Not to mention he would be as fast as lightning scaling of Kakashi. Yeah that jonning would destroy Meruem.

Alright I’m going to make a debate on how Each individual Akatsuki member can solo the Phantom Troupe. •Hidan-One drop of blood and it’s Game over. He can steal a droplet of blood from someone like Shalnark or Pakunodo or someone else who isn’t very good at Physical fighting unless we count Shalnark‘s Autopilot mode. After taking the dose, and drawing the symbol, he is now immortal. He can easily destroy each individual member with this process. •Kakuzu-Destroying five hearts already seems like a near impossible task for the troupe as someone’s Level as Kakuzu. Not only that, his elemental beast-like release creatures out of his mask can individually body multiple members of the troupe. It would be a slaughter if all of them were used. Not even mentioning his second form •Sasori-His decoy puppet in itself would already be difficult to destroy for the troupe and his needles could poison or even take out nearly every member of the troupe. Even if they destroyed the puppet, mother and father and the 3rd Kazekage would be too overwhelming. His 100 Puppets and Sasori himself will not be needed and the overwhelming amount would be too much. •Deidara-Now that I think about it, he wouldn’t really need a strategy since he could just use C2 and Spam C1‘s and C3 and destroy the troupe in mere seconds. Nobody could really stop him from that height even with Hisoka‘s Bungee gum and Chrollo‘s stealing technique. •Kisame-The massive pool of water with him could literally just drown every member at the same time. They have no counter for water prisons or even shark bombs. Uvogin‘s raw strength would also be near useless here. His shark form would simply be overkill. •Itachi-Genjutsu GG, Tsukuyomi GG, Susanoo GG, or Amaterasu GG •Konan-Paper clones and paper bombs would be too overwhelming for the troupe to handle. Obito can't be hit by any troupe member, it is a Canon fact that no one without a sharingan beats an uchia 1v1 except the 1st. Not even main character bias let about do it, and pain soloed the leaf village. This isn't a fight.

I think the Akatsuki are definitely stronger than the Phantom Troupe, but that’s because the way their worlds are built. HxH isn’t really trying to make them all strong like stated at 14:27 but if HxH is ever completed, it might become more fair. Especially because of the Dark Continent which is said to have many powerful beasts and whatever.

It's for people who may not be familiar with both stories and just have a particular favourite character or group that they think would win out of favouritism and not facts. For example, I thought at one point in time that Madara would stand a chance against Legend Stars Wars characters, I was very wrong and I got educated on that.

I agree that most characters in Hunter x Hunter would lose easily to almost any character from Naruto. In Hunter x Hunter the fights are generally more about outthinking your opponent rather than hitting them with the bigger energy blast or the stronger punch. It is still fun to compare though and to see the narrative differences.
For now. But looking at Meruem vs Netero it was basically a fight where Netero was the better fighter and still lost and pitou vs gon is literally just gon punching harder

Alright I’m going to make a debate on how Each individual Akatsuki member can solo the Phantom Troupe.
•Hidan-One drop of blood and it’s Game over. He can steal a droplet of blood from someone like Shalnark or Pakunodo or someone else who isn’t very good at Physical fighting unless we count Shalnark‘s Autopilot mode. After taking the dose, and drawing the symbol, he is now immortal. He can easily destroy each individual member with this process.
•Kakuzu-Destroying five hearts already seems like a near impossible task for the troupe as someone’s Level as Kakuzu. Not only that, his elemental beast-like release creatures out of his mask can individually body multiple members of the troupe. It would be a slaughter if all of them were used. Not even mentioning his second form
•Sasori-His decoy puppet in itself would already be difficult to destroy for the troupe and his needles could poison or even take out nearly every member of the troupe. Even if they destroyed the puppet, mother and father and the 3rd Kazekage would be too overwhelming. His 100 Puppets and Sasori himself will not be needed and the overwhelming amount would be too much.
•Deidara-Now that I think about it, he wouldn’t really need a strategy since he could just use C2 and Spam C1‘s and C3 and destroy the troupe in mere seconds. Nobody could really stop him from that height even with Hisoka‘s Bungee gum and Chrollo‘s stealing technique.
•Kisame-The massive pool of water with him could literally just drown every member at the same time. They have no counter for water prisons or even shark bombs. Uvogin‘s raw strength would also be near useless here. His shark form would simply be overkill.
•Itachi-Genjutsu GG, Tsukuyomi GG, Susanoo GG, or Amaterasu GG
•Konan-Paper clones and paper bombs would be too overwhelming for the troupe to handle. Not too mentions even touching her would be near impossible. It‘s kind of a Deidara situation where none of the troupe have an answer to extremely high flying techniques and not too mention how many bombs she can spam from below.

I agree that most characters in Hunter x Hunter would lose easily to almost any character from Naruto. In Hunter x Hunter the fights are generally more about outthinking your opponent rather than hitting them with the bigger energy blast or the stronger punch. It is still fun to compare though and to see the narrative differences.

You're half right, half wrong. One one hand HxH has the most "consistent" level of power throughout the whole series but on the other hand you have completely illogical and overpowered abilities like Alluka's power and Emperor's Time.

Emperor's time is broken, but in return you pay an insane amount of lifespan. Honestly I love Hunter x Hunter, far more than Naruto, but the universes are different, Power is different in both universes and Naruto goes through a power creep in its beginning that turns what would be similar power levels to a totally different path. There isn't an intelligent person who would actually think any character in HxH would scale to his equivalent(storywise) in Naruto
Yeah they dont scale power wise but the strength in hxh is just all power its the nuances of nen. I dont think the phantom troupe would win but this guy consistently forgets about the interaction between power systems like Naruto vs The Entire Espada like wtf.
