I like it! Bright and airy. Nice tonal pallete selections. Hearing it live has a three-dimensional quality that is amazing.

This is a wonderful grand, majestic, yet bright piece. I'm glad to have heard it on this particular organ.

I'm glad this organ has been in such a place, making people think the organ isn't always for church.

Reagan Reese And also giving it an audience that will never fade and constant maintenance so it can play at all, right?

It's times like this I wish this organ had a proper en-chamade

Who cares this organ is gorgeous and none other in the world like it. I take it as it is I would love to have Allen build me a replica exactly the same size and stops.

Well it does have the centennial tuba on the second floor that is really powerful and beautiful, I’ve been up on the seventh floor to see it and it is absolutely beautiful!

@@jakedarmstadter6943 This is true. There are a few very powerful tubas on this instrument, but they're lacking the brightness that a trumpet would provide. I still believe that a trumpet would have played this trumpet tune more properly.

@@shiningarmor2838 Agreed, and there are some powerful trumpets in the ethereal and solo divisions, and yes it would be nice to have a proper en chamade 😂 on the other hand at this point they are not going to add any stops, or change voicing, because they are trying to keep it all original

0:51 orcestral reeds or all reeds of the organ?

That sounds mostly like the String division being added. 88 ranks of Kimball strings in one huge box!
