So much information down in under ten minutes!! This video is a great answer to the question of "Why should we study Loomis, the skull, Reilly rhythms, and planes of the head?"
He nailed it when he said without head structure overall hit structure you cannot get a person's likeness you will never be able to get a likeness without a general overall structure of the person's head and that just makes so much sense.
Good video. Nicely explained. The Asaro head was mentioned. Highly recommended. I have the planes of the face and female heads, they are excellent references. Not cheap but very well made and worth every penny
Thank you so much for this amazing demonstration. I really thought before I saw this, that I understood how to draw a three quarter view head. Wow! Great lesson!!!
Hi Jeff, it would be a very important tool to access a much larger audience to include subtitles in the videos, in my case Spanish. Please keep this in mind. Automatic taraduction does not work well. Thank you
Wish I had Superman vision so I could really see what you are doing. If all of your other video's are this hard to see, well I just keep looking for help elsewhere
months of studying the head and portraiture and this was easily the most eye-opening 10 minutes of this journey
This is so good. And he draws unbelievably fast.
I draw faster. I mean I'm shit, but I'm FAST.

This may well be THE best demonstration I've ever seen.A great mix of the "WHY" along with the "how".

Terrific stuff Jeff. There's a reason why you're one of my favorites. Cheers!
I am doing my PhD right now, but one day when I have the money I intend to become a Watts student in some capacity. I deeply respect the craft.

quality of the video is terrible
I've been taking the livestream classes, the lighting and clarity in the videos of the actual livestreams are a lot better than in this excerpt.
