She's one of my favourite CEOs. Just from this interview, she exudes humility, grace, enthusiasm, temperament, empathy, professionalism, intelligence and wisdom. She seems like the type who's always willing to listen to what you have to say. A motherly figure that cares for the staff and customers alike. I think she possesses many qualities that are lacking in ego-centric male CEOs. I especially like how the company helps empower women by identifying and addressing needs instead of forcing down woke policies. To be able to weather the pandemic is testament to her leadership and perseverance. Imagine the stressed she must have faced from all angles.
First trait integrity. That immediately flunks all American political leaders and most of CEO's. Jane I applaud your courage in making your customers, employees and partners whole (with refunds, salaries or bridge loans) during covid. And Nicolai I applaud your faith in the companies (and its people) you invest in to do the right thing regardless of bad times.
good episode but terrible company. pay attention that C-trip could use your data for price. when you checking flying ticket or any kind of floating ticket, it will change its price according to your data, which means, the more you check, the more expensive the ticket will be. and sometimes, price for iphone-users could be higher then andoid-users. totally immoral company!

Inspiring ! especially on the last part, solutions through peace
I really enjoyed her interview, it's just that you forgot to ask the usual question of her advice to young people.

I can buy trip stock because of CEO alone.
Jane, the 99.99 percent travels in economy. Just a reminder for when you are setting strategy.

Good content, although she talks like she's in a job interview - she should relax!
