It's was my 1st yr of Graduation, when I started watching Fox Traveller ( Fox Life ) & fallen in love with the channel, David Rocco Dolce India. I still love it.. because I love Italian food as well as Indian too.

The only thing to be disagree here is your thought on PAN. Honestly, agreed that might be the shopkeeper who made it for you may have a dirty hands or a small road side shop but it can't make PAN a unhealthy digestive substance. PAN is something which helps you to digest your food & cool your stomach in natural way to reduce the constipation & gastric effects. The only thing is one should consume it in a proper non intoxicating way. Please try in some good shops in Hyderabad, Ahmadabad, Lucknow & of course in my town Indore on your next visit after your meal & then post your thoughts.
