Video was very informative and presentation very practical. As the session started , I felt constant flow of consciousness from Bramharandra to each and every Chakra. Each chakra turn by turn showed activation and relaxation. Felt totally rejuvenated and happy to the core. When session was over , I brought two palms nearer and felt as if both the palms were just floating in unison in the air. मेरे दोनो घुटनो मे तकलीफ होती है । मुझे दाऐ घुटने मे ज्यादा दर्द होता है । मैने हिलिग लेना शुरु किया । मैने अपने दोनो हात दोनो घुटनो पर रखा तो मुझे गरमाहट लगी । आहिसता आहिसता दर्द कम हुआ । मुझे चलते समय कुच तो सपोर्ट कि जरुर पडती थी। हिलिग के बाद सपोर्ट कि जरुर त नही लगी। काफि अच्छ लगा। धन्यवाद सर।
