Make your own labels any size any shape with a colour label roll printer and the Eclipse Mini finisher. Print your labels on low cost plain roll with a roll winder, then pass the printed roll to the Mini finisher. The Mini registers on the printed work and then cuts the labels out any size or shape. The labels can be optionally laminated with a gloss or matt clear polypropylene or PET top layer for extreme durability using the inbuilt lamination section. The finished cut labels are wound to rolls ready for immediate use. A slitting section is included for making several rolls of labels in one pass. You only need plain rolls of self-adhesive label so stocks and costs are reduced and operational flexibility greatly increased.
The video shows how to load the printed roll and how to set it cutting out the label shapes. Cutting, optional laminating or durability, waste stripping and winding to a finished roll is then hands free.
Also shown is our sample beer labels using our GripLas® textured PET label material being used to give the label a non-slip finish when chilled or wet, ideal for drinks bottles and cans that are refrigerated.
