Awesome I'm glad to hear it and right for the price it's a great little razor I was so surprised and every time I use it I'm just like wow that's a damn fine shave for less than 10 bucks lol Have a good one!
Thanks Tobin, like Ian said 2 out of 12 isn't bad. I remember you saying they were all under $15? It's hard to find a good razor under $30. I appreciate you and your content! Keep them coming! 🐐
Great review.Definitely sounds like an awesome razor to travel and not worry if it gets lost. Also I’m not a fan of 34c either. Prefer the de89 to it. For some reason they seem more efficient for my hair type.
I’m not a big fan of the merkur 34c either but many people say that’s the one to start with. Maybe because of the name and know the quality will be the same on each one. Great video Tobin
Thanks Matthew! I just think that there are better options today for a first razor. 10 years ago not so much, I think it's one of those things that just keeps getting repeated.
I was sold on the Rockwell to get for my boys, but the value of this razor may change my mind. If nothing else, this is good for a backup/travel razor like you said. I mean $9, c'mon.
You came out with a couple of good ones, so that's pretty good out of 12. You just never know until you try some and there is some junk out there for sure. This one has a good look and I'll keep it in mind if I need to get one to gift. Have a great one!
As I recall, he previously mentioned that the prices were all below $15 or $20. I have refrained from considering that price range due to concerns about potential financial loss.
I got the ZOMCHI Safety Razor for Women for my wife and she did not like it. I slapped a different handle on it and for $20 it is a fantastic razor for the face. It’s rose gold but they make the ZOMCHI Safety Razor for Men that’s black
@@Tobins_throwbacks yes I found a different one she likes and I use it with a different handle as a travel razor. Also sent an email answering your questions as well on the Soap I sent. Thank you
A razor should really be judged individually. Price alone saying between $30 and $50 recommendation for a new wet-shaver can exclude some very desirable razors. Example:: Some of the Edwin Jagger DE-8-headed razors being sold through Groomatorium. They are between $23 and $27 base price. Definitely expected to be high quality (yes personal experience).

I picked this up after your recommendations. Not a bad razor for $10 bucks. Thanks Tobin. Keep up the good work

I hesitate with anything under fifty
@@ChristopherDanielJones thanks! Yeah, all under 15. Have a good one!
Wonderful review and for 10 bucks, one cannot go wrong.
Thanks Andy!
Another great review young man. The only razors I have purchased from Amazon are Parker and Merkur. This would be a great gift for our grandson.
@@AdamBarbara thanks Old Timer 😀 If you I'd be curious to know what you think of it
Nice review. I like that it has a small profile as well. Definitely a great razor for that price. Have a great week
Thanks Mike, you too!
So true, you do need to spend a lot to get into wet shaving. Getting into the HOBBY is another story. 😊
Well said my friend!
Another great HONEST review. Thanks Tobin! I'll buy one!
@stagsandstaples1127 thanks brother! Let me know your thoughts on it!
Great series and info!

The de89 is more efficient I agree. In part because of the gaps. The gap on the 34c is .020 while the de89 is .028. Have a good one Manny!
@@Tobins_throwbacks that’s true I keep forgetting that’s one of the reasons why. Thanks and have a great week tobin!

Yeah! I definitely recommend grabbing one Jeff. If you buy one let me know what you think of it
Get the Rockwell, too. It's just... special
