I always like to wade upstream. Honestly just watch a lot of my videos and try to replicate it I fish a ton in that area. If you want any spinners let me know I’ve started making my own and it’s been very productive.
The banks also are getting wrecked, due to all the heavy flooding the Kickapoo has suffered the last 10 years . Here's another spot to check out, east of the Kickapoo, in Richland county. The Pine river .

Good to know RJ thanks I've fished the pine before actually! Definite big trout potential there.
What part of kickapoo did you go to?
Southern part like viroqua area I believe
So many spots to fish on the Kickapoo.. what part did u fish and what time of year?
I've fished many points of it. Mainly early season this was from though. I think it might get a little too warm later in the summer.
