@@TheDiamek 400% is not that bad, i didn't have the full version so i played the free version for 4 years since 2020, i got bored and turned everything to the max and got used to it, just sign nonaggression pacts and improve relations

Happens when you keep declaring war on other countries because some countries may have good relations with the country you attack so your relations with them immediately goes down and if it happens to a lot of countries they form coalitions

Playing in 400% a lot. But i never play European country. They're bordering too muchh with little population. I usually go for United States. While yes Canada will goes in on you first, you'll have upper hand in a bit of turn.
You have to recruit soldiers in certain provences and then move them to the border of the country you want to fight. Once you do that you want to open the menu of the nation you want to battle and press"declare war". Onces you are at at war with someone simply move your troops into their Provences, that will create a battle. Then simply defeat the enemy if you can and then do peace negotiations
