Dancehall a different scene from what Ninjaman does. Man talks about the violence straight up and dancehall gets you feeling nice and hearing the message. There are many dancehall legends now that could challenge Ninjaman but back then, it was still in the Roots

I seen him in a short glimpse in a legendary dance of Killamanjaro SKATELAND 1984 ft. Early B,Junior Reid,Yellowman, & Twitch.
That is the late great Jamaican MC, events producer, and radio/TV celebrity, Bagga Brown. He co-founded the prestigious Rockers Award Show, held annually in Jamaica in the 1980s.

What's the name of the man with a rasta scarf?
Basil "Bagga" Brown. He is now deceased but he was a very popular Jamaican radio announcer, stage show host and he was the co-founder of the Rockers Award series of stage shows held in the 1980s, some of which you can see clips of in the Video Library. Type Triple Trouble in the Video Library search and you will see a nice view of him.
