I wish i lived near you,id love to show you how to can,i luv it,last week at a store near me,they had bags of youkon gold potatoes, buy,7,get them for $1 each,i canned 11 quats of potatoes, canned them whole,skin still on,they are the best potatoes ive ever had,and you cant beat the price,saves so much money, and no preservatives 😊
