- In this tutorial I am showing how to make a super powerful centrifugal type water pump at home using several PVC and household materials. Also, I am showing how to make an impeller for this water pump using PVC pipe parts. I used most common 12-24V 775 Motor.
*Note: You can get more water pressure and power if you supply 24V DC to the 775 motor.

2) 63mm x32mm PVC Reducer x1

4) 32mm PVC pipe
5) 25mm PVC pipe
6) 32mm PVC 90 Bend x1
7) 25mm PVC 90 Bend x1
8) Steel Rod/Shaft (I used 5mm Nut)
9) 5mm Drill Chuck Adaptor - bit.ly/2UY7UMa
10) Metal Piece (I used two Nuts and bolts)
11) Piece of Rubber
12) 5mm to 5mm Shaft connector/ extend x1
13) 12V 7AH Lead Acid Battery

GOOD JOB .THIS WATER PUMP CAN RAISE WATER FROM A WELL 8M DEEP
Outer curves of your impeller fins are facing the outlet pipe mouth.
I think the impeller could've been designed with the inner curves of the fins facing the mouth of outlet pipe. This way the discharge of water will be higher.

It is self priming or needs priming every time
In this setup it needs priming every time, but you can neglect that by fixing a bit.ly/2GA9UER check valve for the water inlet pipe.

Nice pump but suction power is not strong. You dip the pump just to start pumping the water.
Thanks, I think suction power is not the case in here. In actual water pumps we put a valve at the end of the inlet pipe in order to remain some water in the inlet pipe. That way it helps to suck the water immediately without sucking air.
At the very beginning we have to fill the water till the level of impeller, otherwise no suction in any centrifugal type water pump. (I think you should see the priming port in professional pumps to fill the water into the impeller) That's called Priming (Filling liquid to the impeller section).
