We know that Izzie is obsessed with him because she has a bunch of (or should I say Bunchu) merchandise of him, but I feel like it would have been a lot nicer if she like wouldn't shut up about him all the time, that way we would have got a better sense of how much she loves him and it would have felt more rewarding seeing her dream craft him. Just like when Mateo met Z blob, since it was established since the beginning Mateo's relationship with Z blob it was meaningful when they met for the first time, and I'm not saying Izzie making Bunchu wasn't meaningful, but it would have been more impactful if we had seen how obsessed she is with him beyond just all the merchandise she has of him
