Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre holds a news conference on Parliament Hill to comment on the federal government's newly-tabled legislation to reform the bail system. Bill C-48 proposes changes to the Criminal Code that would make it more difficult for some violent repeat offenders to be released on bail.
