on french and pirates tho - the word "buccaneer" has french origins and is used to describe pirates in the caribbean interestingly it came from a french word for the spit that hunters in the caribbean would roast their catch on - these hunters (and their weapons) became so synonymous with piracy that led to the (relatively) modern word and definition s/o to Gold and Gunpowder, also on YT
Agree with no pyro's being confusing, but I'm also wondering why there's no One Ring in the main - it's almost always the best follow up card you can have to your T1 three drop. I guess Chaos adventurer is in the slot?
@SunriseBanana yeah, stompy/prison decks need to be roughly 1/2 mana so they don't get a ton of real flex slots (plenty of flex in choosing what lock pieces you want and what quantity). This list chose Chaos Adventurer as it's "bigger" game. PB feels like a must include in a frog-eat-frog world, at least in the board
He could have also played chalice on 2 instead of 1, when he played it on 1 I was surprised. In that spot chalice on 2 stops frog and animate dead, and if they reanimate they die to bomba. Makes it really hard for them to come back
At 28:50 I think, since they are locked under your Sphere from playing anything after the Dress Down, the play is to copy your Bombardiers with your Reflection. You then attack with three 2/2s of which one could get chumped by the Thrull; dealing 4 damage and putting them to 8. Then, at the beginning of your end step, the trigger that your token dies goes on the stack with their Dress Down dying on top of it. Their Dress Down dies, you now get to activate both of your Bombardiers with the Bombardier token dying on the stack. First Bombardiers throws the Reflection for 5, and then your second Bombardier throw the Bombardiers copy for 5, dealing them more than lethal while they're still under Trinisphere. Love to hear if I missed something.
1:03:00 it seems like you have an otherwise-dead chrome mox you can make use of here to remove rabblemaster with BSB. Chrome mox (imprint shatterskull), chrome mox (imprint nothing), city -> attack -> fling empty mox. Importantly, chrome mox sticks around even if you don't imprint anything, unlike its diamond cousin!
In the first round, game 3. If you played the trinity sphere, the opponent only had 2 mana (the chromemox and ancient toomb, was off) so would need a land and a threat?
Does Sokenzan, Crucible of Defiance do anything specific? Is it just a 4 mana Shock/instant speed blocker or is there an interaction I am not considering?
Despite the Chalice putting up a lock, I think it's wiser to run Vexing Bauble. Turn off Daze and FoW, and still have Red Elemental Blast as a side board option.

I’m relieved we finally got the official SFX for having multiple Bombardiers attacking in concert.
I really like this maindeck list but my mind is seriously struggling with no Pyroblasts in the sideboard

Round 4 game 1 was crazy that they drew 4 wasteland, 4 daze, and you drew 4 bombadeers
I think this deck's plan against psychic frog is to wait for it to get banned.
I think sideboarding in the red blasts is probably not that bad, I wouldn't know what to take out of the sideboard though

42:34 if you had thrown the chrome mox to put them to 1, they go to 7 on the Atraxa attack and then you can kill them with Bomba+Throw Moon.
Moon unfortunately can't be thrown since it's not Artifact or Creature.
