Jack: "My young players play for the U21s and U18s at the same time" Also Jack: "A bunch of my young players are injured" ........I wonder why Jack, I do wonder xD
I mean he could just as well be 150 PA, there is absolutly no way to determine that at the current point. I had a lot 17 (almost 18) year olds with 115-120 CA and most of em never got above good prem player.
Sharman-Lowe having over a 7.0 average, he is better than I think you are giving him credit for....maybe not, but a 7.0 for a keeper is nothing run of the mill.
I did a Newport County save with only signing Welsh players and I got to premier league with no real issue, so I appreciate the short seasons as you are clearly better at FM than I am, so I didn't expect you to struggle with this "restriction". The youth recruitment and the transfer specials are always the most interesting episodes so as many and as quick as those the better I say. Keep up the good work :)
Absolutely impossible to turn down the £10M and, frankly, that's what we live to do in the lower echelons of English footy! I'm sure your paths will cross again as Wanderers climb the pyramid - are Wanderers and yourself listed among White's favourite club and personnel? That would obviously make it a lot easier to make the reunion happen! Tally-ho to the Transfer Special and League One!
I said a couple of episodes ago that you'd be getting 10 mil bids for big Andy if you got promoted. Sad to see him go because he's my favourite of the youth players, but the fee is outrageous for a club this size. Hopefully we can get him back in the future when he's an absolute world beater.
if he wasn't forcing your hand, selling white is a big big, big mistake. you could've sold one of your wing backs to manage finance, intake report was saying there were A-class talents in that position. hope you get a similar talent in one of the next intakes.
Honestly, I think it was a mistake. As others have said, his valuation is already sky high. It will take literal years of Prem money to buy him back. 10 million is a lot now and the financial predicament is seemingly troublesome, but let's be real for a second, this squad is obviously getting promoted this year and is going to get promoted the year after as well. I've watched enough Park to Prem to know how League 2 and League 1 always go. Thats under two years until the Championship, where this becomes much less of a problem. A player like White comes around once in a blue moon. I've never personally had a player with that potential develop at a youth setup in the lower leagues. It's a real shame to see him go. Felt like a chance for a really great story and a potentially iconic legend tossed away. It's one of those things where if this was actually real life and you were the literal Wanderers Football Club it would be a no-brainer, but it's Football Manager, and I don't think you needed to do it.
honestly thats a very good deal. either he gets that big money move to a top 6 team cause he’s obviously gonna improve or you buy him later into the save when you’re big enough and he’s burnleys key man
Given that at the start of the season Stockport were pretty much in a different league player wise, they seem to have had an underwhelming season...I wonder if any of there players may be available (i.e. non-promotion release clause)? I'd also have a purge of the relegated teams from League One to see if any relegation clauses are in play...
Love all these series, especially when they come out just in time for my lunch break! Can you do a video on how to set your dashboard like yours? Much more user friendly than the normal one.
Jack you’re a beast man, great pacing on the videos imo, would watch you regardless but for the seasons where you’re a cut above the rest definitely shorter is the way to go…keep it up bro👊❤️
I wonder if Kevin is related to Admiral Beresford. The admiral who said that if Russia and the UK would end up in a war due to the Dogger Bank incident he would only use four battleships of the Channel fleet under his command at the time to sink the 2nd Pacific squadrun of the Russian navy due to the poor gunnery demonstrated by them in the Dogger Bank incident when they tried to shoot some British trawlers when they thought that those trawlers were JAPANISE TORPEDO BOATS IN THE NORTH SEA.
It's gut-wrenching and heartbreaking, but £10m is just waking up besides a poor horse's head. Especially if he has a great season for Burnley and all the big clubs and big wallets take notice. Or perhaps both he and Burnley have a change of heart after the ranking update?
Burnley saw White and said "we're gonna make them an offer they can't refuse". Losing Andy is tough, but you would be mad to turn down that kind of money. 10 million is crazy money at that level and that's not even mentioning the mad 50% on the next sale. Sure, there is the scenario that he's a flop and just let go for free, but there's absolutely a chance that he'll be sold for some nice money in the future. Or else you sell the sell on clause. Might be worth a decent amount of money right now.
Had to sell him and it pays for the promotion next season to the Championship which generates more revenue. Also stops him going on the cheap when the finances take a dip
I think you paced this season really well only thing I wish is that more videos were this long but obviously editing Jack is not going to be as happy 😂😂
Considering your monthly expenses on the youth set up it was probably a necessary evil to accept the bid for White. That is the problem with having amazing facilities in league 2, the Wanderers board need to build you a stadium so that you can generate more income that way rather than selling your best players.
If Mainteance if the Youth Setup wouldnt be that high, I'd say this Transfer was too early. But considering the fact you need money right now and with the clause you will probably get like another 40mil in a few seasons.. I think you did the right decision. With that money u can build a stable footballing empire, speerheaded by Englands future wingbacks 😎
Yes you made a mistake. There are some players that are transformative for a club. Yes you have to be cautious about holding onto players for sentiment, but I don't think that was the situation. The money situation would have been resolved if you get promoted. If you don't, you'll have the whole offseason to find firmer financial footing.
I think your youth set up would have deteriorated if you had no money and were putting the club into debt so selling white for 10 million upfront with a 50% of next sale fee was for the greater good. Very big money at league 2 level. Also you could produce a better player than white in the next few years maintaining your facilities.
Hey Jack, quick question you've probably already been asked but i've not looked far enough coz i'm a cock. Given your youth teams been getting injured have you taken a look at zealands new training video? Wouldn't the fact you can get similar returns in development and training from resting players a bunch help the injuries a lot?
Also you had to sell white even if it hurts so much. Maybe continue to loan is the hope, but realistically he should be loaned to championship next year.
Day 334 of praying that another Super Mario will rise and shine in England , that he’s actually english and for Jack to actually sign him this time (or for the guy called “Mario” from the last intake to turn out to be Super)!
3:41 his valuation went to £55-£66M. oh Mr white we will miss you
He can probably sell that sell on clause for 20 Mil
Can't turn that down, and 50% of next sale is mad. Whether he's a success or a flop at Burnley you win
I wanna just say at 20:13 it shows Andy white (he's behind jack) to be valued at £55-66 Million
That's what happens when a player transfers to another club. The value usually inflates because of the club the player transferred to.
@ yea I know, it's because of the club reputation
NOOO He was supposed to be the chosen one!!! You are a monster!
10m in league 2, you have to take it and yes, I would sell for that price!
And also a 50% sell on clause! Insane money for him honestly.
Jack: "My young players play for the U21s and U18s at the same time"
Also Jack: "A bunch of my young players are injured"
........I wonder why Jack, I do wonder xD
Also, can you sign Spike Brits? He's been on loan at Swindon.
"I wasn't meant to be recording right now....." isn't an acceptable explanation for Christmas PJs in November Jack!
I'm convinced Andy White is near 200 PA, as much as he will be worth in future, it is hard to turn down that sort of money
I mean he could just as well be 150 PA, there is absolutly no way to determine that at the current point. I had a lot 17 (almost 18) year olds with 115-120 CA and most of em never got above good prem player.
Good sale for realism's sake. The youth set up at start of the save was set quite high, so this is good for the save. Good deal with nice add ons too
My thoughts too. He was probably too good to sell, but it would break any link to realism for a club at that level to reject that bid.
10 Mil in League 2 is "Offer you can't refuse" levels of money.
Sharman-Lowe having over a 7.0 average, he is better than I think you are giving him credit for....maybe not, but a 7.0 for a keeper is nothing run of the mill.
Guess you could look at his data analysis stats and see if he was just lucky due to dominate possession.
Happy FM25 release day everyone!
"What you just saw, wasn't a fever dream .. I really was wearing Christmas Pj's in November!"
James Burgess is my name please sign him!! Also its Bur-Jiss. Just finished the video... nice!
I did a Newport County save with only signing Welsh players and I got to premier league with no real issue, so I appreciate the short seasons as you are clearly better at FM than I am, so I didn't expect you to struggle with this "restriction". I love Jack's universe because Leicester have got rid of that waste of space director of football Jon Rudkin
Great to see a fellow Leicester fan in the comments
@adamginger32 would be even more great if we get a decent manager sooner rather than later!
Absolutely impossible to turn down the £10M and, frankly, that's what we live to do in the lower echelons of English footy! 10mil is club changing money and normally I'd be stoked but with the type of save you're doing, selling your best academy prospects is criminal!
I feel like you should have a scout just camping out at the english national team setup and scouting everyone who turns up in the youth teams.
if he wasn't forcing your hand, selling white is a big big, big mistake. you could've sold one of your wing backs to manage finance, intake report was saying there were A-class talents in that position. hope you get a similar talent in one of the next intakes.

Right to sell but maybe could have sold white in summer for even more after promotion once rep and values updated?
looking forward to see Jack opening up Andy's profile and get sad at least once every video now😂
wearing Christmas PJ’s in November is an absolute shocker Jack!
Love all these series, especially when they come out just in time for my lunch break!
Can you do a video on how to set your dashboard like yours? Much more user friendly than the normal one.
This has been great Jack! Credit to you that it’s felt just as good and engaging as the Rugby Town P2P with no new game out
Jack you’re a beast man, great pacing on the videos imo, would watch you regardless but for the seasons where you’re a cut above the rest definitely shorter is the way to go…keep it up bro👊❤️
It’s a good sale, bring in the next youth prospect and build him. Best way to battle lower leagues when you get a gem like white. In Jack we trust ❤️
I wonder if Kevin is related to Admiral Beresford. 32:08 there is a goalkeeper of swindon 19 years of age in the league two dream eleven. Maybe worth a look !
It's gut-wrenching and heartbreaking, but £10m is just waking up besides a poor horse's head. Especially if he has a great season for Burnley and all the big clubs and big wallets take notice.
Or perhaps both he and Burnley have a change of heart after the ranking update?
When this series finishes we need a check of his PA
Burnley saw White and said "we're gonna make them an offer they can't refuse".

You did well... Wrapped in ribbon, no one is irreplaceable in fm
10 million pounds? Had to be done. That’s too good an offer for any League Two club to refuse.
I think you paced this season really well only thing I wish is that more videos were this long but obviously editing Jack is not going to be as happy 😂😂
it's an unavoidable sell , good choice. I really like Flood !
Voltman is a proper live commentary player. He scores every day
Considering your monthly expenses on the youth set up it was probably a necessary evil to accept the bid for White. That is the problem with having amazing facilities in league 2, the Wanderers board need to build you a stadium so that you can generate more income that way rather than selling your best players.

Wallace will be fine as a wingback if he develops in general.
When you run the league like this one, a fewer episode of season is better.
Totally the right move. A new star will rise.
Goal of the season by Ethan Robson.....Excuse me, who?! How have I not heard of that guy?
Sharman-Lowe 16 clean sheets out of 33. Not saying he’s good enough for league 1, but unfair to say he hasn’t been good enough.
At the end of the season it shows a 48-56m valuation for Andy. What’s the record transfer fee for a League 1 club? 😮
Not Andy he was supposed to have a stadium named after him
And the award for the most pointless pixelation of a player in a thumbnail goes to......
Can we get a public apology for “spaffing” please Jack 😂
im amazed the board didnt accept it automatically
“it’s the 25th january” - jack, november 25th, 2024
25th January in game
@ ah😅, thought he was referring to the fact he’s wearing christmas pjs
any plans/hopes/expectations to move Wanderers into their own home, instead of sharing with Leyton Orient?
Yes you made a mistake. There are some players that are transformative for a club. Yes you have to be cautious about holding onto players for sentiment, but I don't think that was the situation. The money situation would have been resolved if you get promoted. If you don't, you'll have the whole offseason to find firmer financial footing.
how did you get your youth level so high in 3 years
you have better youth recruitment than most premier league clubs already
OXFORD MENTIONED!!!!!!! RAAHHH WHAT'S A FOURTH STAND?!
Does League 1 still have the rule where salary is proportional to turnover? That could make it more interesting if it’s still the case
Suprised board wouldn't of made u accept that bid if u didn't choose to
Wonder how much you can get for that sell on clause now, given the increased Andy White valuation?
Yes, I would sell him because it funds not only the academy but all costs an you still get him back
I mean, you kind of have to take that bid really.
Might hate it, but it was about as good as it can get
£10m is an insane offer and you probably had to take it
Rest of series I'll just be waiting for you to bring him home
Karl Flood looks amazing wth
For 10m in League 2 I'd have sold my entire starting 11 😂😂
Beautiful season pacing
I would have sold him, it is an insane bid
Cant turn down that money in League Two. Id take it as well.
Swindon's keeper was in the best 11 of tge league team, might be worth a look?
I think your youth set up would have deteriorated if you had no money and were putting the club into debt so selling white for 10 million upfront with a 50% of next sale fee was for the greater good. Very big money at league 2 level. Also you could produce a better player than white in the next few years maintaining your facilities.
For that money and sell on it was a no-brainer
Would be a idea to let viewers name youth players? Maybe help Get us invested in them. Think you maybe did that in tow law town save
I genuinely would not have accepted any money for White unless the board forced your hand. A poor choice lol
Take solace you would have lost him at some point. 50% sell on is the real deal.
How do you get your youth players to get real faces ?
you tarnished him forever selling him to burnley :(
Absolutely would have sold him
yh defo sale, with the clause its a no brainer
John Murray is my grandads name. Please look after him
You take the money and bite their hand off, no two ways about it 😂
Series over, not worth it. You sell the chaff, not the wheat.
You sold Sam York for 11m when you where playing with Boston in the National League, so you've sold for more money from a lower league before.
Can we ever see the instructions for the tactic or are they top secret? 👀😂
Why is Ben Hockenhull still in the u21s 😂
PIGGON-HOW has to be in that first team just because of his name,
Not the wandering giant :(
That is an amazing shirt.
I think it’s pronounced Bur-Jiss, surely? Bur-gess doesn’t sound right Jack😂
Did anyone else have their heart broken with white leaving? I get too invested in these videos then I want to rage quit. Basically same as real fm24
Selling Andy White is terrible.
lets go crewe uta
If Mainteance
Bye Andy 😢
Oh no!!!
No brainer sale
🖤💗😊
