Alexandria is my fav house.. number 1 house, they have need you need , clones and original creations. Game time, Brooklyn lover, 1981x, dark knight and black panther.. and so much more

The Run Way- a reflection man clone is absolutely godlike, Brooklyn Fragrance Lover- angels share clone that is unreal and underappreciated, Tropical Night-SO AWESOME citrus fruity tropical mixdown that is also stellar. Alexandria is a GREAT house
Totally agree. Perfume parlour house is cheaper and usually better performace but not as high quality scent. Alexandria for me is usually 92 to 96 same as OG and PP is like 85 to 92. Of course both houses have like a 99% one in some situations.
Summary:Alexandria wins.

Velvet Iris is Dior Homme Intense. I'm a huge fan of Alexandria.

I just picked up a 10 ml of leather intense. I actually like it better than DHP. LI is more smooth and rounded and can be worn on more occasions imo. It lasts all day and I keep getting wiffs of it throughout the day. Just ordered a 60 ml bottle. Smells top quality. Nothing cheap about this one.

I definitely love Alexandria Fragrances. I purchased Forbidden Plum and Leather Intense last year and while I still pull out Forbidden Plum when it gets cold I rarely reach for Leather Intense because I acquired Dior Homme Parfum about a month after lol.
Forbidden plum is definitely phenomenal
My favourite is Purple Haze. Its phenomenal. Hafez 1984 is a damn good one too, also 1981x

Man, Alexandria is a great house I agree. Ete Sauvage Elixir is basically spot on as you said. Leather Intense is just crazy good. Especially since it's macerated a few years now. So many great options. Danger Zone, 1981x , Hafez 1984, Dark Knight. Man I could go on, but you already know
Just picked up a bottle of forbidden plum based on your suggestion. Found a 30ml on eBay for a good price. Pretty excited. Smells very unique and inviting. Very subtle and doesn’t project all that much. Definitely more of a close encounter style fragrance. I would compare it to TF noir extreme in regards to the way it performs. Great juice, but not beast mode. Which is fine.
Forbidden plum is a perfect fall scents, with all those spices. I just wish it projected more

Just ordered my first fragrance from the house. Been dying to try their inspiration for Gucci Pour Homme 2. Saw an original they did called Funny Bunny and was digging the notes so i got that instead. Hopefully its good
If you love the vintage Dior Homme Intense , a fantastic clone is Paris Corners Camaro Homme Intense from the Pandora line . For under $40 , you are getting 95% similar clone of very high quality . I have almost 100 clone fragrances , and this is in my Top 5 for sure ! Smells like a $100 fragrance and sillage and longevity is amazing !

Alexandrias is good but Insider Parfums have the actual formula and created a 1 to 1 copy not a clone. For those in the UK its a must buy.

What is the difference between MACERATION and MATURATION ?
Maceration is the process off the oils/ingredients setting to there potential over time. Most fragrance houses don’t allow a maceration process before they start selling them. So typically the maceration happens after your fragrance purchase once air gets in the bottle.
Have you tried any fragrances from Hez Parfums ? I have sampled about 10 fragrances , and not a bad one in bunch .Very pricy at $70 for small bottles, but the quality is there for sure ! Most of them are gourmand spring , summer fragrances

Hopefully you get to respond to this. I was wondering what you would pick between forbidden plum and apple crumb. I currently have brooklyn fragrance lover and leather intense along with a few others. But have never smelled forbidden plum. I also have fructis virginis.

Well they shipped it to me very fast. It is very unique. If I had to describe it, I'd say it's like it's own version of lost cherry but with plum notes and oud while being powdery. I have never smelled anything like this and it is very nice. I appreciate the recommendation 💪💪
