Two years ago I was diagnosed with two little strokes, I couldn't move my right side ,swallow properly or speak properly, and couldn't keep warm.
After taking nmn, various things like extra virgin olive oil, good amount of vegetables and fruits, apeginin (every night before sleep) I am just about normal, gammy on walking but improving.
Do not give up Erin, this is a good video, good news, keep going! Live long and prosper!

I had a stroke during lockdown and yes people forget that you're not the only one affected by it. My brothers don't realise the enormity of it. They think I'm over it. "Oh you had a TIA, I know lots of people that have had one of those". NO. I had a STROKE . COMET ELY DIFFERENT. I just want to be me again. I'm here. Those closest know what I'm going through. This has given me hope. Thank you xx

Even a TIA can through some people off. Neither one is good to have. I’m sorry you had to experience that. I pray you find healing and more of yourself soon again ❤️

Thanks for posting the vid. It was very informative and comforting to me. For me,I had a very stressful period at work, mainly due to my employer's general incompetence and I had to take up the slack. On top of that, things were mental at home and I hadn't had anytime to myself for months - always had to be somewhere to please others. It was a dark time and led to a stroke in early August (nine weeks ago) so it's still early days for me. Rushed by ambulance to a hospital miles away and sat on a bed for seven hours. Despite being clearly unwell (I couldn't sign the discharge papers as my hand was useless) It was initially misdiagnosed and I was sent away from the hospital in the small hours to find my way home fifty miles away. The bus diver wouldn't let me on the bus because he thought I was drunk! It took a week to discover I had a clot on my brain. I still get angry at that part. So, some days good; some days I feel like death itself is around the corner. My employer subsequently dropped me like a hot stone. I'm a mixture of confused and angry but the prognosis is good although I'll have permanent impairment in parts of my body and mind. The moral: put yourself first. Oh, and doctors aren't always right...

Something similar happened with me and I can relate so much with you. I too have spent my entire life pleasing everyone and neglected my own health and well being. I too suffered a stroke on 30 December 2020 that has effected my left side. I was so burntout mentally but it was not visible to people around me. Now it is physically evident so at least now I am spared of the atrocities.
