Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: Radical Rescue (GB) 100% "World Record" in

Heyo, I decided to route out the "100%" speedrun for this category to see what I get. Since there is no "official" definition of 100% in this game (and no prior speedruns have been done in the past for this category) I decided to make the rules thus:
-Must rescue ALL characters (all turtles, Splinter, and April)
-Must get ALL health upgrades (4)
-Must get ALL Card Keys
-You do NOT have to get all pizzas. (Pizzas respond after you leave a room anyway).
I actually like this category because it's more consistent than Any%, and you get to do more in the game (instead of spending 30% of the game doing boss fights).

Let me know if I'm missing something that should be put in the 100% definition (of if I missed any items or something) so I can route a different run if necessary.

sick Dirtbag fight :D Not sure I would've included the cards in 100% but since they don't respawn, it probably makes more sense this way.
