I actually viewed a model of this house and it’s more beautiful in person, the other house had dark colors throughout the house hold. It was black, gray and white. This home is on my prayer list.

I am so captivated by this house joe. Loved every aspect of it, I love the courtyard you’re outside . Joe I wanted to know if a pool is put in do fence the yard like we do up north. Also I have dogs I wouldn’t want them in the neighbors yard, I’d need a fence.
Lovely home although two things would worry me. One being the island in the kitchen having no support second I find the price a little bit too high. Then again I'm not in the game in Orlando so I am starting to see that the homes in Orlando are priced a little higher. And that's always wired shelving it's not my thing. That’s a huge living room. Those sliding panels look very modern. Very very high-end kitchen. That’s a gourmet kitchen. That’s a Kirks dream. Who would like that? Mom. I love the undercabinet lighting. I could’ve done that in my kitchen. Seriously. Those are GE appliances? I love those. They are probably smart connected appliances in that kitchen where you can control them on a smart phone app or some thing. I’m looking at getting a GE dishwasher in my kitchen because my dishwasher broke.
There’s access out to the back patio from your breakfast nook. That’s really good. Especially if you have a party. Oh so the landscape makes the backyard smaller than it really is. Yes you can definitely put a pool with a hot tub Jacuzzi out there. Sounds like it’s close to a busy street though.
Look at the size that master bedroom. Seriously. And there is a lot of natural light coming in so it makes it a little bit bigger than what it actually is. Whoaaa
