I’m awake in early morning in central California and enjoyed this video so much! My husband died two months ago and I was very sad. I keep hoping to get back to watercolor and you have given me a real uplift in spirit. The words, play, enjoy, relax are very positive: your attitude has helped me a lot Thank you, sir💁🏼‍♀️🌸🦋🌺🙏

As someone obsessed with perfection, but realizing that it takes the joy out of painting, I can't tell you how much I enjoy your bold, loose style. Your pieces are so full of life and color! Thank you for this exercise that encourages us to loosen up!

What a wonderful spirit and talent you
Possess and transmit. I just had extensive surgery and after many years am again conjuring the courage to paint while I heal… demon self-criticism looms soon after beginning. I shall watch your videos to try and keep befriending your joy and encouragement Such gratitude

Thank you so much! I've never tried this. I'm always thinking about each bush stroke, so I'm never relaxed or having fun. I love how you've done this painting. You've inspired me to give this a go, and not expect/want anything. Just have fun and enjoy the process. Thanks again. from Oz 😀

Yes, you got this right. Many of us spoil our process focusing more of end out put quality, that’s become real source of demotivation. Let come out of that and start enjoying creating something ❤️

Stumbled upon your video and thanks for encouragement Coming from other medium, watercolor is a very hard medium to work with. I often get frustrated and sometime wants to give up on this medium. But, your video gets me motivated and inspired me to get back. I love how you explain and what color to use during your demo. You made watercolor look so easy. Thank you sir!

I love watching you as a watercolorist more than any other artist! Although I do love Creation CeCe I think her name is . She does these great little doodle watercolor designs.
I love burnt sienna and ultra marine blue together and also that bright cadmium orange mixed with ultra marine blue to get this very soft purplish tint against the cool grays of the ultramarine/burnt sienna to get that warm /cool effect. Watercolors were meant to be loose and washy, that’s why I love your videos.
