@sylentwitness I think Sungha is VERY soulful. Always HAS been. That's a large part of his musical appeal. Those who think he's really shy have not seen him in concert!
That moment at 4:24 was epic! It's like guitar hero, Sungha slammed his left hand on the bottom neck and the camera moved awesomely at that. The only thing I missed in that was: SUNGHA ROCKS!!!
@ThePanteraTribute the guy is young! Give him some time. Experience does a heck of a lot to people. He is still absolutely brilliant for his age! Forget his age. He is quite stunning even if you compare him to the better guitarists out there now. People should wonder that if he is this good now, how he'll be about 10-15 years from now. Hope he makes it.
@sylentwitness Oh and in terms of guitar, I'm pretty sure Sungha has never been pushed to play to perfection. The simple fact is that he's very good at guitar playing and if you didn't love playing the guitar, you would never get anywhere.
@AzBboy I wouldn't say he's being lazy. You have to look at the kid. He starts playing at the age of 10 & conquers Masaaki Kishibe's "Wonderful Tonight" nine months later. His dad is so proud of him that he dedicates a RUclips account to the kid; documenting his meteoric progress for all the world to see. Being something actually genuinely talented, he's drawn the attention of everyone, including the people he emulates. Then, he's backstage with Mr. Big, jamming out, doing duets with...
@alexthemusicmaniac Hm, perhaps it's because he's still young? I think it might also have to do with the fact that he's quite shy. But then again, most shy kids have an outlet that shows their true colours. He also seems like a pretty serious kid. I think it's worth watching Sungha, I have a feeling that he'll go very far. He's still only young after all, I don't doubt that he'll get more soulful as he grows older and more comfortable with himself.
@StopFear Yeah... Sungha will have to learn this... His guitar skills are incredible but entertainment wise for the eyes, there's not emotion/showmanship to watch... But he can get quite lively sometimes, it depends I guess..
@sylentwitness I think he's more of musician than your comment gives him credit for... Of course he will gain a lot from more performance experience but as it stands now, he's recorded more note-perfect videos than I ever could!
@alexthemusicmaniac I know what you mean. Somehow I don't feel his playing to be vibrant comparing him to, for example, Kotaro Oshio. Maybe it's me though, but I won't deny he can play very well. Maybe with age it'll change. Either way it's worth it to keep track of him.
@sylentwitness I wouldn't say that's far from the truth. Most Asian boys and girls have it in their heads for excellence, which is why when they play music, it's like they're robots. However, I think Sungha is different from all of that. Only truly amazing artists who excel both at technicality and musicality make it in their world and Sungha has already achieved so much, even though he's still very young.
Watching this makes me realise the one thing a can dislike Sungha. Its nothing against the guy, but watch him playing compared to the guy next to him. Comparatively, Sungha doesn't seem to truly love what hes doing whereas Trace seems defiantly into it. Dont flame me for this please :)
@Walkoffhomerun1 stop trolling. It's a commonly known fact that MJ was one of the best performers of the 20th century. You don't have to condone his private life to appreciate his art. His dancing and singing are still unrivaled in the genre. Some alleged accusations from money-hungry vultures does not change that fact.
Nah, right at the end it does actually look like he was having a good time, ya know with the smile and high five and all. But anyway Sungha if you readin' this man get an electric guitar like an ESP or something and start playing the heavy metal, it's fun bro I bet you could shred like a beast.
@AzBboy other RUclips stars; and they're all saying, "Yeah, this sounds awesome!" when it really just sounds like two people playing the exact same thing at the exact same time on the exact same instrument. If I wanted that sound, I'd give Sungha a 12-string. lol But, he;s still growing up, so these guys are his teachers. I don't think it will in any way be detrimental to him. Just to those of us who appreciate unadulterated Sungha.
This is an incredibly powerful duo. Sungha has found his niche among the best.
temazoo!!... como hacen cantar a tono a esas guitarras.. maestros maestros!
Both are amazing.
I love to see how much they enjoy playing together :)

This kid *****WILL GROW*****.

@pangnuto that probley cuz he is older lol but i get what your saying i think its his hair and fastion sence thats changed most
I think that Trace can be a good influence on Sungha in that he can help bring out Sungha's joy/expression.
@alexthemusicmaniac Hm, perhaps it's because he's still young? I think it might also have to do with the fact that he's quite shy. But then again, most shy kids have an outlet that shows their true colours. He also seems like a pretty serious kid.

OMG This is the 20th version of Billy Jean on this channel! xD ITs awesome though
aw...yeah...
@cattywonky He seems like a serious kid to me. Just in his interviews. He's still a kid, mind you, it's just that he seems pretty mature.
@StopFear Yeah... Sungha will have to learn this... His guitar skills are incredible but entertainment wise for the eyes, there's not emotion/showmanship to watch... But he can get quite lively sometimes, it depends I guess..

@haziqzaq yes! and he lives in korea that has nothing to do with china :D
notice how the kid plays effortlessly and trace is working his butt off !
dude you hit it :)
@sylentwitness I wouldn't say that's far from the truth. Most Asian boys and girls have it in their heads for excellence, which is why when they play music, it's like they're robots.

@uncoval Not all of them some people dislike this song nothing wrong with that! people are not all the same
like you both ; )
@nicacutez: i think he's Chinese or Korea .. but you know what SUNGHA mean in Cambodia?? Sungha : Handsome :D
@ThePanteraTribute Probably. But the guy just enjoys playing the acoustic guitar. Worth a shot though.
Where are they playing now?
OMG SUNGHA CAN GIVE HIGH FIVES ! I WANT ONE !!! I WANT ONE !
good ! I'm M.J's friend
you are so great
The kid doesn't say a word, but he can sure make that guitar talk!
@Walkoffhomerun1 stop trolling. It's a commonly known fact that MJ was one of the best performers of the 20th century. You don't have to condone his private life to appreciate his art. Yeee
Did an earthquake occurred before they hi-5d?
@fegzzzor when?)
i wanna hear sungha's actual voice!
cute !!!
I honestly thought there was someone singing and looked up to my screen only to realize it was Sungha's guitar singing to me.
Trace is looking over at Sungha's guitar but Sungha's like "Hey, I got this."
@greysonbieber and 4:22-4:23!
Nah, right at the end it does actually look like he was having a good time, ya know with the smile and high five and all. But anyway Sungha if you readin' this man get an electric guitar like an ESP or something and start playing the heavy metal, it's fun bro I bet you could shred like a beast.
I don't like it!
I LOVE it !!

@sixtyonethousand Well I just checked your channel and I was surprised, you are really good, maybe just in a different style ^-^
How old is he?
@On3Dream he can.
Billie Jean.... again....
@AzBboy other RUclips stars; and they're all saying, "Yeah, this sounds awesome!" when it really just sounds like two people playing the exact same thing at the exact same time on the exact same instrument.
