Wow! I am on this flow right now and being guided and all I keep saying is wow! My 2 brothers died in a tragic car accident on Sep 6th and it was literally the most devastating moment in my life. As a quick back story, me and my brothers have been on a mission for years spiritually and wanted to just figure all the truths out in this life. See we were more on the path of God and Jesus, however before they passed we were getting into reincarnation, sacred geometry, and mediums but just didn’t know… Ok so they passed and they were young, 36 and 23 and I was in shock but all a sudden it was like a veil was lifted, I started getting lyrics in my head that were beyond my mind and they got louder and louder in my head until I wrote them down then they would stop, I would have dreams so vividly of them teaching me how to fly in the astral realm and so many more. In 2019 I lost my only son, Michael, when he was killed in a motorcycle accident in Greece. He had wanted to donate his organs and had mentioned it when he was alive so 8 people are now walking around from his gift of transplants including a 30 year old man. This nearly killed me with the grief I experienced. My heart actually hurt for years and I became very ill. It has been 3 years. I am still not happy and the grief continues because he is not here. His dad, last year actually passed I believe from the pain of the grief which nearly killed me too. However, since then Michael has come to me through a portal many times with messages. He is visible, in full color and talks to me telepathically telling me how happy he is. He is always having fun as he was when he was alive as he thought 'fun' was so important. I am awake when this happens but it's when I awaken at 3 am so I'm in the right vibration to see him at that time. I had practiced remote viewing and have had out of body experiences years before this happened so I know for sure I am connecting to my son. And because of these experiences I already knew that consciousness can exist without functions. This helped me bear the unbearable I am in the process of writing a book about it. However, the fact that this idea has become so much more acceptable and mainstream makes me so happy. I do want to help people that have lost children and especially people in this situation I believe it's always best to get your own messages. But I have to say it still totally sucks and seeing it as a blessing is not possible. However, the changes I've made in my life would not have happened had I not lost Michael. I am 67 years old and this is the first time I feel I can share this. When I was about 7-10 I can't remember. I was in that space between wake and sleep. I had such a remarkale experience. I was very spiritual since birth. God showed it's self to me in a flash. Such understanding .Love , Compasion I have never imagined. I was so excited I jumped out of bed and ran to my Mom. I wanted so badly to share this gift I had been given. I tried so hard to tell her about this. (We shared a very deep connection spirtually) I just couldn't speak it. Nothing I said would come close to what I had seen or felt. The Light! the Love! And then it was all gone from my mind. Almost like this was for me and I couldn't share it for some reason. I have rarely tried to explain this to others because there are no words. Maybe you will understand where I am coming from. It is like I was blessed to feel this and see this without it being an NDE.

I can't believe the timing of this showing up for me on this day. Yesterday I had a QHHT session booked but it was not successful, I just simply could not let go and go into trance,and instead just broke down in tears. My lovely qhht practitioner assured me it's likely its because I'm still carrying too much grief and sadness from losing my love who died of suicide in 2019. So I have been so frustrated with myself, feeling so low, and just beating on myself for "failing" to do this QHHT which was something I have wanted to do for years and really thought the time was right. This interview and Sara's message reminded me to have love and compassion for myself. And to lighten up and remember to look for the joy in life. It was no coincidence I came across this video today. He answered in a very serious, authoritative tone, looking at me with such clear eyes: "Don't say that to yourself, it's not very kind." There was silence, I was very surprised. Then he went back playing as though nothing happened 🙂 He's now 21, very smart and I so enjoy his company.
The moment she talks about how she was in full acceptance of herself and didn't need others to approve or understand, I felt my energy resonate. That is where I am too. I feel like my unconditional love for others is so huge, it no longer matters how they may judge where I'm at, etc. It just has no value. Right now in my journey I await guidance as to how I move into a meaningful role. I'm ready, and so open, that I feel like I'm being carried as though on top of a gentle ocean wave. Alex I wish you could hear me. I appreciate you for this platform. I have been going through a dark night of the soul all my life and can't figure my way out. And I want to develop what I know I have in me. The universe has so much for me to do soooooo much it overwhelms me to experience the things I do but I know it needs development and discipline. Sara is an entire vibe and I feel so much from her. I've cried this entire video because of I'm reflecting what's within me I need help not to I can't leave this life and not do what's been on my Spirit all my life. I lost my mom 36 years ago and I know this has caused a huge blockage in my ability to totally surrender. Because why didn't I need to have my mom. I’ve been on a journey throughout this lifetime. As a child, I was profoundly homesick for something or somewhere. I didn’t understand why I couldn’t go home. As an adult, I am aware of the spiritual realm in many ways. It’s been difficult to go against the church teachings. I have studied religions, enlightenment, occultism, reincarnation, and much “New Age” information over the years. My moment of confirmation that God exists and cares for us came during my darkest moments after my daughter’s death. I was sitting on the floor screaming at God to give me just ONE reason not to die, to go on living. At the moment of this crisis my eyes were drawn to a book on my shelves. I crawled over and put my hand on a book. When I sat back I was crying so hard I couldn’t even see the words on the page I had flipped to. When I could focus, the words came at me like a ton of bricks. It was a chapter heading entitled “The Dead Do Not Die” That was a turning place for me. I could see beyond my pain to the truth that my daughter is still part of my life and only a thought away. Since then I’ve reached out to others going through the grief experience to help them reach a place of healing. God, or Source, truly leads us and loves us through the process of humanity. I am a different person as I move along this path. I’m glad I found your podcasts. You are an inspiration for many. You are wonderfully talented. Thank you. ❤

I am someone who is just learning the concept of why it is that ME, daily core self. I am an adorable hot mess. Healing from devastating traumas. I’m only just learning how to stand on my own. Another great interview session. Literally started crying when she talked about her beloved dog. I lost my beloved Max just a year ago and on this spiritual journey, I was more connected to my dog and as he grew older & it became harder for him, I spoke to his energy and told him you give me a sign when you are ready to pass because I wanted him to go on his own terms and I was in a good place spiritually with him and his energy. A month later he got me up at 3am and I was concerned when he didn't come back and had to go out and there he way laying down in the woods and I saw in his eyes that he was ready to die. At that point I knew and we were able to bring him to the vet. A month later he came into my dream/astral travel and he connected with me to show me he was happy and full of life on the other side and that he was always with me. My question is that I have noticed that through this healing of my soul that I find myself honestly crying not out of sadness but out of love in my heart! I have to believe that this emotional feeling that I feel every day is my spirit calling to me and releasing the love in my heart. I believe this healing of my heart has expanded so much because of the trauma in my past & past lives that my heart is finally healing and my human body is experiencing this emotion?

My dark night included losing my mom to cancer. I can see how it’s helped me to grow but I’d still rather have her back. It’s been over two years and I’m still reeling over her death.

Thank you! I sent this to our son - whom I think is in need of knowing he is worthy of love. Not that we don't tell him, but I think he believes that parents must say the words regardless. He was a cold water drowning at 7 years old - his grandfather was able to bring him back, but I don't think he is able to get past it. He was in the light and for 40 yrs he has been waiting to hear again from God... but won't believe he can make a life for himself while he is waiting. Hard to explain - but again, thank you!

I've always felt that most tend to treat the body and ego as something to be disdained or shunned in our spiritual journey rather than gift/instruments given to us to work and experience w/. And yes, like instruments we can use it for good or bad. Or it could overtake us when we handle it poorly. I've just realized, while gazing out the window, that I have always been in touch with something higher and that has happened through the way I talk to myself-when I am in a state of alignment with myself, I think in third person, "We're doing great...", "Are we doing this thing or that thing?", "What do we want?". When I'm in my vortex I like speaking to myself and laughing.
When you do, you align also with the universe - you can have what you want by just seeing it, as if you already have it. You pull it into your reality. It's frequency, all frequency. Give none to worry and doubt bc you can pull things in as well that will give you more to worry/doubt over. The universe gives you what you entertain bc what you emit attracts the same. It really is a choice. 💖🦋💫🌎

This was simply amazing! Needed to hear it all. The questions asked were fantastic. So well stated/ The answers were as we somehow know in our heart and yet find it hard to except ourselves and approve of ourselves and to realize we are worthy, for sure. Self concern and self-defense and also low self-esteem gets in the way and even the feeling of loss and feeling of separation are very hard to overcome. But they are not real unless we allow it to be that way. Knowing we really have not lost those who have moved ahead and before us to another side of a thin veil is so important and to know they are near us always. The good and only good can ever be around us, and if we have contact with any negative person or thought we have a lesson to learn. We can overcome all of the blocks in our way. We can overcome it and we can do it, as we are never alone. We are loved by every person who has made he voyage right n front of us, just before us.' When we give we do receive. ' Never will we suffer alone, and we do not really need to suffer when we think and keep our thoughts and heart above it and ask for the help ad know that you will be helped once we are able to receive all e need when we need it, am sure! The messages were perceived by all as needed am sure. We need all the help, and we have it. So, this means so much to me to hear it all. "Faith, Hope and love and the greatest of these are love" s per the bible 1 Cor ch 13. This is most important of all. This is heard and more from the channeling and questions asked. This is just me, and each person may have picked up one more item as that is needed by them, we all have certainly things we needed to hear and know.

Wow! I am on this flow right now and being guided and all I keep saying is wow! My 2 brothers died in a tragic car accident on Sep 6th and it was literally the most devastating moment in my life. As a quick back story, me and my brothers have been on a mission for years spiritually and wanted to just figure all the truths out in this life. See we were more on the path of God and Jesus, however before they passed we were getting into reincarnation, sacred geometry, and mediums but just didn’t know… Ok so they passed and they were young, 36 and 23 and I was in shock but all a sudden it was like a veil was lifted, I started getting lyrics in my head that were beyond my mind and they got louder and louder in my head until I wrote them down then they would stop, I would have dreams so vividly of them teaching me how to fly in the astral realm and so many more. In 2019 I lost my only son, Michael, when he was killed in a motorcycle accident in Greece. He had wanted to donate his organs and had mentioned it when he was alive so 8 people are now walking around from his gift of transplants including a 30 year old man. This nearly killed me with the grief I experienced. My heart actually hurt for years and I became very ill. It has been 3 years. I am still not happy and the grief continues because he is not here. His dad, last year actually passed I believe from the pain of the grief which nearly killed me too. However, since then Michael has come to me through a portal many times with messages. He is visible, in full color and talks to me telepathically telling me how happy he is. He is always having fun as he was when he was alive as he thought 'fun' was so important. I am awake when this happens but it's when I awaken at 3 am so I'm in the right vibration to see him at that time. I had practiced remote viewing and have had out of body experiences years before this happened so I know for sure I am connecting to my son. And because of these experiences I already knew that consciousness can exist without functions. This helped me bear the unbearable I am in the process of writing a book about it. However, the fact that this idea has become so much more acceptable and mainstream makes me so happy. I do want to help people that have lost children and especially people in this situation I believe it's always best to get your own messages. But I have to say it still totally sucks and seeing it as a blessing is not possible. However, the changes I've made in my life would not have happened had I not lost Michael. I totally agree with Sara since I've experienced it myself. Thank you Sara. You have explained the process quite well. I am 67 years old and this is the first time I feel I can share this.
When I was about 7-10 I can't remember. I was in that space between wake and sleep. I had such a remarkale experience. I was very spiritual since birth. God showed it's self to me in a flash. Such understanding .Love , Compasion I have never imagined. I was so excited I jumped out of bed and ran to my Mom. I wanted so badly to share this gift I had been given. I tried so hard to tell her about this. (We shared a very deep connection spirtually) I just couldn't speak it. Nothing I said would come close to what I had seen or felt. The Light! the Love! And then it was all gone from my mind. Almost like this was for me and I couldn't share it for some reason. I have rarely tried to explain this to others because there are no words. Maybe you will understand where I am coming from. It is like I was blessed to feel this and see this without it being an NDE.
I have chills reading this, jst one or 2 times in my life has this happened. I was laying in bed and it's literally like the veil lifted for a split second, it jolted me out of my very being. I can't believe the timing of this showing up for me on this day. Yesterday I had a QHHT session booked but it was not successful, I just simply could not let go and go into trance,and instead just broke down in tears. My lovely qhht practitioner assured me it's likely its because I'm still carrying too much grief and sadness from losing my love who died of suicide in 2019. So I have been so frustrated with myself, feeling so low, and just beating on myself for "failing" to do this QHHT which was something I have wanted to do for years and really thought the time was right.
This interview and Sara's message reminded me to have love and compassion for myself. And to lighten up and remember to look for the joy in life. It was no coincidence I came across this video today.

He answered in a very serious, authoritative tone, looking at me with such clear eyes: "Don't say that to yourself, it's not very kind." There was silence, I was very surprised. Then he went back playing as though nothing happened 🙂 He's now 21, very smart and I so enjoy his company.
The moment she talks about how she was in full acceptance of herself and didn't need others to approve or understand, I felt my energy resonate. That is where I am too. I feel like my unconditional love for others is so huge, it no longer matters how they may judge where I'm at, etc. It just has no value. Right now in my journey I await guidance as to how I move into a meaningful role. I'm ready, and so open, that I feel like I'm being carried as though on top of a gentle ocean wave. I have been going through a dark night of the soul all my life and can't figure my way out. And I want to develop what I know I have in me. The universe has so much for me to do soooooo much it overwhelms me to experience the things I do but I know it needs development and discipline. Sara is an entire vibe and I feel so much from her. I've cried this entire video because of I'm reflecting what's within me I need help not to I can't leave this life and not do what's been on my Spirit all my life. I lost my mom 36 years ago and I know this has caused a huge blockage in my ability to totally surrender. Because why didn't I need to have my mom. I look at in many ways as a blessing of not really needing her because of who I am spiritually. I find so much truth in so many things and as a child I was shown myself visioned as the bright light in my home going through horrible times as a child from abuse to molestation just so much and even when I call healing to me or feel like I'm not a victim I still can't break free from this bondages so your shows help me alot. I wish I could get to some of these seminars and events. To be in person I'm one that if In the room with you you automatically see what's inside me I just have never been around anyone that wanted to help me nurtue these gifts I am a healer on may levels and one who gets messages however the fact I know it's not that higher level it's the voice in the head but never guides me wrong.. I've had to isolate myself from my husband and children in this actual time of my journey because my spirit is in an urgency for me to get where I need to be. I’ve been on a journey throughout this lifetime. As a child, I was profoundly homesick for something or somewhere. I didn’t understand why I couldn’t go home. As an adult, I am aware of the spiritual realm in many ways. It’s been difficult to go against the church teachings. I have studied religions, enlightenment, occultism, reincarnation, and much “New Age” information over the years. My moment of confirmation that God exists and cares for us came during my darkest moments after my daughter’s death. I was sitting on the floor screaming at God to give me just ONE reason not to die, to go on living. At the moment of this crisis my eyes were drawn to a book on my shelves. I crawled over and put my hand on a book. When I sat back I was crying so hard I couldn’t even see the words on the page I had flipped to. When I could focus, the words came at me like a ton of bricks. It was a chapter heading entitled “The Dead Do Not Die”
That was a turning place for me. I could see beyond my pain to the truth that my daughter is still part of my life and only a thought away. Since then I’ve reached out to others going through the grief experience to help them reach a place of healing. God, or Source, truly leads us and loves us through the process of humanity. I am a different person as I move along this path. I’m glad I found your podcasts. You are an inspiration for many. You are wonderfully talented. Thank you. ❤

Another great interview session. Literally started crying when she talked about her beloved dog. I lost my beloved Max just a year ago and on this spiritual journey, I was more connected to my dog and as he grew older & it became harder for him, I spoke to his energy and told him you give me a sign when you are ready to pass because I wanted him to go on his own terms and I was in a good place spiritually with him and his energy. A month later he got me up at 3am and I was concerned when he didn't come back and had to go out and there he way laying down in the woods and I saw in his eyes that he was ready to die. At that point I knew and we were able to bring him to the vet. A month later he came into my dream/astral travel and he connected with me to show me he was happy and full of life on the other side and that he was always with me. My question is that I have noticed that through this healing of my soul that I find myself honestly crying not out of sadness but out of love in my heart! I have to believe that this emotional feeling that I feel every day is my spirit calling to me and releasing the love in my heart. I believe this healing of my heart has expanded so much because of the trauma in my past & past lives that my heart is finally healing and my human body is experiencing this emotion?

Thank you! I sent this to our son - whom I think is in need of knowing he is worthy of love. Not that we don't tell him, but I think he believes that parents must say the words regardless. He was a cold water drowning at 7 years old - his grandfather was able to bring him back, but I don't think he is able to get past it. I've always felt that most tend to treat the body and ego as something to be disdained or shunned in our spiritual journey rather than gift/instruments given to us to work and experience w/. And yes, like instruments we can use it for good or bad. Or it could overtake us when we handle it poorly. I can confirm what the animal communicator said about the touching... my dog told me this, too! Also the animals are here wirh us just because of the love of our creator, who made them to bring us joy and coexist in harmony. I've just realized, while gazing out the window, that I have always been in touch with something higher and that has happened through the way I talk to myself-when I am in a state of alignment with myself, I think in third person, "We're doing great...", "Are we doing this thing or that thing?", "What do we want?". When I'm in my vortex I like speaking to myself and laughing.

It just happened as I woke up one morning and it's my favorite moment of my life and has changed my life. This was simply amazing! Needed to hear it all. The questions asked were fantastic. So well stated/ The answers were as we somehow know in our heart and yet find it hard to except ourselves and approve of ourselves and to realize we are worthy, for sure. Self concern and self-defense and also low self-esteem gets in the way and even the feeling of loss and feeling of separation are very hard to overcome. But they are not real unless we allow it to be that way.
Knowing we really have not lost those who have moved ahead and before us to another side of a thin veil is so important and to know they are near us always. The good and only good can ever be around us, and if we have contact with any negative person or thought we have a lesson to learn. We can overcome all of the blocks in our way. We can overcome it and we can do it, as we are never alone. We are loved by every person who has made he voyage right n front of us, just before us.' When we give we do receive. ' Never will we suffer alone, and we do not really need to suffer when we think and keep our thoughts and heart above it and ask for the help ad know that you will be helped once we are able to receive all e need when we need it, am sure!
The messages were perceived by all as needed am sure. We need all the help, and we have it. So, this means so much to me to hear it all. "Faith, Hope and love and the greatest of these are love" s per the bible 1 Cor ch 13. This is most important of all.
This is heard and more from the channeling and questions asked. This is just me, and each person may have picked up one more item as that is needed by them, we all have certainly things we needed to hear and know.
