Counseling helps, prevention is easier than fixing later. The easiest way to diffuse the situation is to actually respond with love. Tell her you love her and want her to come over and spend some time with you at least for a little while. Take a while to try to figure out why she is making those requests, is it that she feels overwhelmed, ignored, unloved? Maybe she's frustrated that she can't relax b/c of her to-do list and gets upset when she sees you relaxing. Or maybe the solution is date nights or letting her have some time to herself without the kids. Communicate your needs to each other and compromise. Don't let resentment fester.

does your wife get the time off the same way you do? The amount of time those 10000 steps walks take also adds up.
Does your wife also get the same amount of time for herself? It seems like she tries a lot in your relationship (food, clean clothes, laundry, take care of kids) while you just complain about washing some dishes or doing some basic things after work.
I would try to sit down with your wife and have a very deep and really honest conversation about how you both feel and try to come up with a plan for both of you to be happy. Does your wife know you made this video or would it be a surprise to her to discover it online? If the latter, this video is ill-advised. You may or may not have valid concerns, but there is more than one perspective in the relationship, and I personally would be hurt if my significant other put up a video basically saying I nagged them too much. A better video would be one where it starts with the difficulties, goes into the issues from the other person's perspective (to demonstrate you understand their perspective, even if you don't agree with it), and then how both sides communicated and ultimately resolved the issue. If there's no way to get that kind of resolution at home right now, there's definitely a need to look for and find a good marriage counselor to help find it.
