Dude this is epic, and some serious kick ass art the flames look so real you just created a masterpiece. Being somewhat of an artist I highly enjoyed this, thanks and keep up the amazing work
Really beautiful work. Thanks for showing us how such an amazing effect is done! From look at the finished product a person might get the impression all you needed was some accelerant and a match.
awsome flame ur good man. Question- how would u do it on wood. would u seal it first then sand it lightly or just jump on it and airbrush it. By the way with a black back ground
Awesome! I always wondered how people do accurate shapes without creating sharp edges. I need to fork out some money and get me a proper air brush, like the one in the clip. I've been using El Cheapo air brushes for years and they have extremely limited spray control.
@benjohan4 If you use different stencils, yes , similar process . Lay down the base, mark out where you want your camo marks, apply, add another layer of camo until you're happy with it , do more, or less , then apply a clear coat . Wet sanding the clear coat between layers smooths it out and enhances the shine unless you go for a satin coat .
hey, really awesome flames!! I'm still fresh to airbrushing, I was just wondering if you needed to do anything like but a base coat of black on first or sandpaper anything? any tips on applying the paint in the first place and how you get such a nice finish? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!!
hey man i love it, exellent flames, been playing a bit with true fire but only on waterbased autopaint looks okay, but isnt the secret to good true fire, using candy?
That`s Awesome !! I am no artist when it comes to drawing but your video inspired me !! So now I am practicing, drawing flames with a little sprayer now too !! & having that stencil really helps !!! Thanks 4 Sharing !! DEv

Airbrushing is 50% preparation, 5% spraying and 45% cleaning. It is not a tool for the impatent or the frugal.
