I love to run movement speed on this build, it almost becomes a speedster. Getting extra movement inside of Wicked Blow is so nice when trying to engage.
SS might actually be better than RS in the current meta because of Y. Even if Blissey makes Y immune to ult, you still have Wicked Blow to follow up on, which is immune to Y's Future Sight and Blissey Unite.

Can't avoid a unite move when you are cc'ed. Zeraora unite just deletes mewtwo Y from the game. Better than playing Y or X and willingly abusing the cringe movesets.

I don't have Urshifu, but I think if you let go of your joystick (no input) you launch them into the air.
