Self publishing with notion is not free. I need to get the 699 package for isbn and for indian and global distribution. Otherwise with the free package they'll just publish it only on notion's own store.

Hi, I'm from India, I want to publish a book but in KDP when I ordered authors copy it gone from $2 to $15 becoz of heavy custom duty, so i realized Indian market gone and i need to publish it on multiple platforms So i wanna ask that, to publish on multiple platforms i just dont have to use kdp free isbn no right? And get it from some govt. website and use it everywhere right!
