I'm watching again your Playlist, picking up more than I did previously. I may not be very efficient, but I load up on the the highest stamina regen food I have available, then three covering key defense buffs. In addition I carry two stacks of stamina tonic and one of health tonic. Nine slots may be over- doing the foods, but it works for me, for now.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoy them. I am having fun making them and will continue to make more! Can't wait for EA to launch! We will be joining US East - Cernunnos unless our clan decides to swap at the last minute lol. Planning on this server currently, though. What server are you joining?
Thanks, I came to a similar conclusion using 1 syrup and 2 health regen. My cooking is only at 17 so I was using raspberry syrup, rosehip, and apples. The rosehip and apples are easy to get where I am at.
You have a sub from me, thank You so much for this.. it helps me learn what I should focus on collecting because I have Boxes of things that aren't as efficient.
i run two max health because the regen on health is garbage. its more viable to have a larger pool, even though the down time is horrendous. I ran 3 Hp regens before and its just hot garbage, even when you stack with a potion its still slow AF and pointless. if you get low and evade you have to break combat , reset and go drink a cup of coffee before your HP goes back up and you can try again. its bad either way TBH. ive experimented with all sorts of setups. i personally think the Blunt, piercing and slashing food and drink is the better way to go, armor mitigations are extremely unbalanced for combat so i think adding to mitigations and pool sizes are the most optimal than the REEEgen mechanics. So i run trail mix, stew and syrup.
You have the best Pax Dei videos. Short, informative, well produced. Thanks!

What server is your clan going to?

thanks Kim!
What is the easiest food to farm that offers decent benefits? That would be very helpful to know.
Hmmmm I could probably stand to ask what resources the crafters are after a bit more!
i chug raspberry syrup all day, made so much of it
Stamina regeneration seems like the play early game
Do the regen foods stack, not just taking the highest value?
You can't eat the same food twice, but eating similar foods do stack. So you eat like 0.3 and 0.4 hp regen and it will give you 0.7 hp regen total.

2 mushrooms and a raisin seem way more efficient than wasting time on cooking -_-
Gaming as a hobby is wasted time if efficiency matters.
