Anyway, we won't have a proper rivalry between multiple title holders anytime soon though if Vettel leaves F1.
You really should have put in the car failures, strategy blunders from '17 and '18, because like this it seems like it was all his fault, which is not the case, especially in 2017
He could never have won the championship in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019. The Ferrari car and team just wasn't good enough over the whole season. But from Germany 2018 onwards he's made to many mistakes. Considering his experience as a driver it was just too much. This video just makes it painfully clear that his confidance and dicision making wasn't good enough the last year and a half to win titles, let alone beat his new teammate. Even though he is a 4 time World champion he was beaten by two youngsters who were new to his team. He gave the feedback to make the car to his liking and he got smashed and forced out of his team twice. I don't ever see that happening to Hamilton for example. And that does put a mark on his records. But Ferrari have only given him a car capable of winning a championship in 2018. So i would have expected they would give him another three year deal. If Hamilton and Vettel would have swapped seats from 2015 to 2019. Vettel would be a 8 time world champion and Hamilton perhaps would have won it in 2018.
It’s just sad that this channel of all of them would show a 4 time world champion, the 4th most successful driver by championships and he third by wins such little respect. When a driver who has reasonable achievements like points or a podium at best leaves they show their best moments. But when one of the greatest of all time is on his way from the red team, the prancing horse, the mythical team that let him and his reputation down time and again, they show all his mistakes when he was the only reason why Ferrari were even considered rivals to Mercedes. Without him, Ferrari might have a good car by would be scrounging down the order without a driver to challenge Hamilton. Yes their were mistakes from Vettel, but those originated from within the team, the political pressure and stress is more intense than anywhere on the grid. But Seb coped brilliantly in his time, I believe that he deserved at least one more title this decade, at least to protect his reputation from so many who believe him to be nothing more than a flawed driver. And even without his Red Bull days counted, he was still a force to reckon with. I hope Vettel finds his way to a team and car that allows him to win the championship again, and that he once again shows the world that he is a champion and a true legend of this sport.
All the newbie F1 fans and haters would look at this and still try to back up their hate, and its gosh dang annoying. Vettel is a great driver yet like what you said they treat him as if he is a very flawed driver

@@the9der352 no its not. Alonso at Ferrari put stunning drives after stunning drives in a car 4th fastest on the grid and 1.5+ secs off the pace. Alonso's Ferraris had no business being in podiums let alone win races but he did. In 2010, Alonso almost won but a pit fuel error caused by Ferrari denied him the championship. In 2012 Ferrari regressed even more, Vettel won 5 to Alonso's 3. Vettel had 6 poles to Alonso's 2. Alonso had zero fastest laps while Vettel had 6. What made Alonso a formidable opponent was consistency and ability to outdrive mediocre cars as Alonso took 13 podiums to Vettel's 10. Alonso lost the championship in the last race when Ferrari bungled his race strategy (also add to that the fact that Grosjean took him out in Belgium). But everyone saw Alonso outperforming in those Ferraris. Its why F1 team bosses voted Alonso 'Driver of the Year' for 2010 and 2012 despite Vettel winning the championship. Alonso was frustrated with Ferrari's lack of development and the political infighting that ousted De Montezemolo and didn't want to commit long term to the team. Domenicali has acknowledged that it was Ferrari who failed Alonso not the other way around. Domenicali said this in 2012 "Obviously we are not happy, in fact we are very disappointed with this result. We were unable to give our drivers a car with which they could compete for the front rows of the grid, despite all our best efforts here at the track and back at the factory in Maranello," Domenicali then resigned. Marco Mattiacci was put in Domenicali's place and was sacked a day after Alonso's last race. Vettel on the other hand threw away championships with mistakes after mistakes. Anyway, we won't have a proper rivalry between multiple title holders anytime soon though if Vettel leaves F1.

very true
I literally lost count how often Ferrari threw a win away cause of a dogshit strategy...
Will Buxton's way of twisting the facts as usual
Yes their were mistakes from
Vettel, but those originated from within the team, the political pressure and stress is more intense than anywhere on the grid.

TheOPDood It’s Alonso all over again...
In 2017 and 2018 he had the pace but couldn't handle the pressure.

Same happened to Alonso, can you believe a driver who fought Michael Schumacher in Fucking ferrari of Dominating era and Won 2 Titles in a row and made Schumacher retire would go to ferrari and win nothing instead that turned out to be the biggest fortune shift for Alonso after that Mclaren fiasco happened and Once a great driver with legendary skills bowed out of F1 like he never became a 2 time champion. Ferrari do that to everyone pick one, Barrichello, Massa, Raikkonen, Alonso and now Vettel. I am happy and i wish Hamilton don't go to Ferrari to ruin his legacy in his final few years in F1. Ferrari are bunch of fucking Clowns and Wankers, they are cheaters and they fell for a youngster over 4 times champ. They just want their Veto and $100 Million bonus to show they are the most oldest team in F1.
@@memeraven9938 FIA gave Alonso those titles bud.... i mean he's a cheater as we saw in the very first Singapore race. Ferrari's tyres were TERRIBLE, it's a miracle that Schumi could keep up even with Alonso, but that's Michael's LEGEND skills right there.
I can't watch this without crying
I teared up at the end of this video. It scares me with the thought of not having Seb in Formula 1 anymore and that Singapore 2019 could be his final victory. 😢
You hear me this man needs a win this year
Come on guys, you guys making me feel like he is retiring, he still is Welmeister to me.
9:07 That. Right there. He knew he wasn't staying.
Yess
2020 champion!!
It was just announced that Vettel is replacing Perez in Aston Martin next year!
GRAZIE RAGAZZI!
Me hopefully he doesn’t Spin like in Austria which cost him like 5th Or 4th
7:07 that was not his mistake, he doesn’t drag his frickin legs on the floor to brake it’s obviously the car’s fault
imagine if vettel win the championship in the end of the season
Imagine if Williams scored a podium.
Imagine if Williams win the constructor championship.
That would be amazing he would finally get what he wanted
just dream boy im a ferrari fan and i realized how rich errari is and just make a shitbox car i mean who can win in a under performing car everything needs to be good not inly the driver
Vettel can do this! Ferrari won't screw him! They even made the car more to his liking.
This feels like a collection of all Vettel mistakes from the last 5 years.
So could you please do another video about how Ferrari f*cked Vettels Titel hopes in 17 & 18 with reliability an strategy failures ?... in order of fairness
18 Was mostly Vettel. 17 was even between the team and him.
@eoe123321 don't even bother try to explain it to people who believe the false narrative of Ferrari being the fastest car every year, that Vettel Clearly out drove his car in 2015, 2017, 2018. Yes, he made mistakes but Ferrari didn't have the fastest overall package over the whole season. Only on a few tracks Ferrari was only marginally better than Mercedes. And in second half of 2018, Ferrari's upgrade went a few step backwards. People just don't seem to understand that.
@@eeshandev5081 exactly. They understand, but they choose to lie.
@@eeshandev5081 Ferrari was literally faster in over 60% of the races in 2018. Even Di Montezemolo admitted Ferrari were better. I bet Hamilto would have fought for the title until the last race in that 2017 Ferrari as well.
You know F1 content is drying up when they post a video for the 2020 season that hasn't even happened yet. Let the man race one last season FFS.
Maybe they already know we are not going racing this year so they're preparing us to take the news much better 😂😂😂😂 lol
Seriously!.... This video shows hatred towards seb...,,😔
He was and always will be champion
He requires no one's credit
Canada 2019: an exhausted Vettel in second place. He was angry, not exhausted, he deserved the win!
Thanks for all seb :(
One more "Gratzie ragazzi"
Lets just hope that he writes a book one day where he explains all of this
I nearly cried at the ending
I miss this boy
He deserves another chance in F1
Mercedes needs him in his team
5:10 you can hear the heartbreak in his Voice
