From what I understand (and read from their fancafe). It's a event where they choose a lucky baby. The event is open to all level 2 members in their fancafe. Babys who wants to enter the event will create a 1-6 digit number and post it on a board in the fancafe. After that BAP would choose a number, so that's why it's call lucky baby event. lol Oh and the winner gets B.A.P 3RD MINI ALBUM Card Collection (13pieces) + B.A.P 3RD MINI ALBUM Signed CD (6 members signed).
