Even Nicole admited in the interview with Perez Hilton that she and also Melody were meant to be LEAD singers and others were dancers and backup singers. The thing is that Robin Antin and producers changed this whole idea. One of the thing was that Melody was too young and didn't controlled her voice and others just stayed as dancers... So Nicole felt like diva and she started to control everything... Even I hate Nicole and still rooting for Melody Thornton to go big and solo - Robin Antin and producers of PCD are the ones to blame.
Yes, Nicole is the judge on XFactor (BIGGEST Tv Show on USA) and even with that she couldn't handle to make a worldwide hit (not even an US hit). So how does being a Judge helped her? Just to make her feel more flop. She brough One Direction together? Good for her, but THEY are the one making success and she (the "creator") is still trying for years now. How does that help? It doesnt. It's also more embarrassed for her. And she was the lead singer of PCD? No solo hit so far yet. Shame.
