I just don't understand why they didn't make it big in the U.S. They are wonderful. I can't stop listening to them. This is one of the best bands I have ever heard and I live in the U.S

@@Chris-Weaver nothing about this performance is live but their presence on stage. The vocals is not even Mike Crafts in this version, this is Chris Normans original version. Someone in this production must have messed up, must have been embarrassing for Mike to lip-sync Chris version.

Anyone who thinks that Mike Craft is not a legitimate Smokie singer is mistaken. He is the longest serving lead singer by miles and miles. He has kept that 'Smokie Sound' supremely well over the years, and is a great showman in his own right. I really hope I get to see them again some day.
And unless they have a string section up their butts they are lip syncing. It’s cool to me grew up on A.B. and Soul Train. Greatest vocalists and bands all did it.
Even though the audience response is rude: this song seems very wholesome where the audience and band can participate together. It's just such a catchy fun song!
