Well I just picked up my first #56, a Tidioute Micarta 2-blade. Hadn't realised what a great pattern this is, and it's going to get a lot of pocket time I'm sure. A real privilege to look at your three examples - stag is always lovely, but that apaloosa bone is something else! I do wonder why GEC call this model the Bird Dog? I understand it's a reverse dogleg pattern, but what's the bird about?
RMFN I’m kinda torn on whether or not I like the pattern, probably won’t know until I get one in hand... that being said I’m on the early reserve for a couple models 😂
