Being realistic, what the odds of applying for a position in germany while i am living in my home country? im Brazilian and have phd and good expertise and experience.. Seems like nobody wants to hire someone outside EU...
@luishsf it is easier to apply from inside Europe. But it is not impossible, I knew people who got positions for PhD or postdoc applying from outside Europe.
Thank you for this nice topic, so if you did your phd and postdoc outside Germany, and invited as junior group leader (contract 3 years), you have to wait 12 years to get a permanent professorship position! So what about just working as group research leader as permanent
Permanent group leader position are there but very limited. You dont need to wait 12 years, but after 12 years as postdoc in Germany you are not allowed to work on temporary jobs from public funds and then you have to find a permanent one.
If permanent positions are limited, after few years as junior group leader, research team leader positions are available only for short terms, if I well understand. Are you doing a postdoc in Germany?
لو سمحت هو انا لو هعمل ماستر فالمانيا بعد بكالوريوس كلية علوم وهشتغل فنفس الوقت هتبقى ايه مجالات الشغل خاصة لو انا اللى معايا تدريبات مدتها صغيرة ولسه fresh graduate بس معايا اللغة وهيبقى مجالات الكلية متاحة ولا فيه اعداد كتير وكده ممكن اشتغل فمعامل التحاليل و المصانع وكده ولا خريج علوم هناك ليه مجال البحث بس
لو سمحت لو انا بدرس في كلية في مصر و عايزة بعد م اخلص ادرس biomedical science برة مصر هل ده هينفع اني متخرجة من كلية قلبها و كده ولا ايه و هل في شروط معلش محتاجة حضرتك تساعدني
