Overall great list, I would only argue that Windsong should go to S as the thing that's really gonna break her (the new tuning) is only gonna come out in 1.9
The new tuning does help her, yes. But, she already on her own is putting up ridiculous numbers in terms of DPS, and the new tuning isn't directly needed to make the perferred stat work, WS can self generate the card you need, and at worse can automatically change her other cards to the card you want. So, the new tuning doesn't directly change, it makes the strat easier to maintain. It basically allows for fewer RNG mess ups.

Her Buff card often present as dead draw.
Her ultimate damage is ok, and not a game-changer against bloated HP foes.
Her only strength is disarm, it's powerful, but limited use, and more often than not stuck between her dead draws.

i feel like 37 should still be on a higher tier just because we are getting more fua units that trigger fua more frequent like windsong, isolde and jiu with units that does more fua 37 is going to be able to do more dmg without even needing to spend any ap since she will be triggering her aoe fua more
Maybe she would be at S like 6 but definitely still better than jessica and kalaa that has gotten 0 units that helps with their dps

Windsong actaully has follow-up on her ult.
When I'm reading her kit, it does not mention it, which is why I thought her attacks after her ult is not follow-up, where it actually is.

Is it really that harsh? I thought I was being a bit lenient on some of the placements. I considered moving some units down but decided against it haha!
@@JetStingren I didn't mean harsh as a form of criticism, but as a way to imply that some decisions were particularly objective and down to earth, particularly for B and C tiers

Ezra is the best support in the game hands down. People just cant play/build him properly. He was giving 40% crit damage before Vila existed and 25% damage taken up. Thats all youll ever need. I have 2 accounts and on one i have 6 and on the other I have Ezra and boy do I miss Ezra on that other account and I barely use 6 outside of a team where Jiu because other support with more focused kit can do a better specific Job. 6 is like a good unit if youre starting your account but on an old account? He's mid. Sue me😂
