Omg when you first posted this video it was the main one I wanted to see! I walked 19K steps in NYC and my feet hurt sooo bad 🥲 you did amazing!!! I literally wana try this so bad now😅
I have a raging eating disorder and exercise addiction leaving me to do 50k steps every day which is hell and exhausting and not to mention takes me all day. It’s so interesting seeing someone else do this. I think my body has adapted now so I don’t get many side effects. Thank you for this ❤️🩹
I'm the same where I don't like to walk too early when it's dark out still. It's gotten really cold here basically overnight so I've been also trying to time my walk times to walk when it's not at it's coldest. 50,000 steps sounds SO hard! Soooo many miles I'd be so sore the next day hahaha

I average 15 to 20 thousand working 6 hours of retail, 35 thousand us the most i have gotten in a day and that was the one day i had a 9 hour shift lol. Let's just say if i didn't have to for work i w ok i would probably manage about 10
Okay so the first big walk was amazing because I went to get coffee so it wasn’t just a walk with no goal and it was near lots of different scenery so I would definitely make more walking plans rather than just walk for the sake of walking like I did towards the end. I think that makes a HUGE difference
@@morgreeen great channel BTW, I'm a guy but will watch a few things as we always learn and use a younger persons perspective. I realised that 50,000 steps is optimal and can be done every year. Outside temp should be around 22 c to 24 c and long days, so late spring / early autumn. I am doing 22 hours of fasting daily, getting back into that properly after holidays. And do 5 days fast every year. Thanks again, now to watch some content 😊

I walk 45k average every night at work, sometimes as high as 55k but never below 40k, 5 days a week, for years now

I managed 64,000 steps as a challenge one year after doing 51,500 steps.... It got very cold towards the end 😂
