    From what I've built the dimensions are (in cm)
    For the arm
    3x24 the long piece
    3x20 the medium piece
    And the lowest pieces have 6 on the bottom 3 on top, and are 12 high
    they're glued to a 7x6 platform with two 3.5x4 pieces to hold the battery
    The base platform is 19x25
    I actually made the control platform to big so you should do it as you fell.

    • @sammy094sbiggestfan2
      @sammy094sbiggestfan2 7 лет назад +7

      Nichole, if you're asking how does it work as a question from you and you meaning as in they might ask, it works by the syringes receiving the water and that pushes out the handle, then the handle pushes on one of the other limbs moving it. The limb retracts because the syringe is glued to the syringe.

    How are you going to post a video that includes the words "how to" in your title and not include any dimensions or measurements. Is that not vital to the project?

    • @TheJacklwilliams
      @TheJacklwilliams 3 года назад +12

      Ok seriously, I gotta jump in. Choose your own damn measurements. Jesus, look at it, make it as long or short, tall or squat as you want! The arm, actuators, the control system are all so simple, why the HELL would you need EXACT measurements? The whole POINT OF THIS VIDEO IS TO SHOW YOU HOW SIMPLE THIS IS! Don't sweat the small things, just GO FOR IT! ;-) sorry for the caps, not trolling just, seriously come on.... No one wants to think for themselves nowadays. The dude shared something so mindbendlingly simple and his design is so damn elegant, and you hit him for exact measurements? COME ON!

    • @pxnduh.
      @pxnduh. 3 года назад +12

      @@TheJacklwilliams Considering the title of the video literally includes “How To,” I would have expected a video demonstrating HOW TO make something. You don’t search up “How to cook spaghetti” and expect the results to be a time-lapse of someone else cooking spaghetti, do you? Not trying to start anything, I’d just rather the title of this video be something not so misleading. Thanks, though.

    • @TheJacklwilliams

      Pxnduh lol, ok you got me there, truly, lol... I’m just always surprised to see I guess, peoples responses Most often and I get it, and not a bad thing? WHERE CAN I BUY IT! Lol... Given these are makers, engineers sharing the excitement of their designs, etc... I see these channels for fellow enthusiasts, aka, that’s cool, I’m making one! Re measurements, etc... you are right, it’s just this is sooooo simple I’d think, that’s fully up to us, aka, how tall, etc... As long as it’s geometrically sound, square, etc.... It should rock! ;-) Peace.
