Why don't you guys use tab and slot? It's an easy to use feature now in solidworks and it would save so much time in assembly; like where the stern plate locates to the hull, or where the temporary form locates to the hull skin. The slots are easy to fill and grind flush.

The extra folds you've done on the sides are genius. Saves having to worry so much about warping 👍
